A friend of mine who runs marathons recommended this product to me when I was having trouble breathing after having COVID. It truly helped me breathe easier. It works by dilating the blood vessels (which is great for people with high blood pressure) so that your body gets more oxygen.
My husband swears by this stuff He gets up tired uses it as directed and is extremely energetic for the rest of the day and able to do things he's not normally able to do. HE'S 74
I tried this on one of my long training runs, and it worked pretty well. It gave me the energy I needed without feeling like I'm going to crash and burn. The taste doesn't have a strong Black Cherry flavor and i still taste the sweetness of the beets, but it doesn't bother me. It might both some. I'll continue to use this.

Super beets tastes awful, a combination of red beets with a little cherry flavor, i have to force it down. It didn’t seem to give me any more energy, i don’t know if it helped blood pressure
Bottle is half empty
I had to give this one star because the taste was unbearable. I tried adding different flavors, but nothing could disguise the really bad taste. I do love beets but this taste like beets that have gone bad. I plan to return this and try the super beet capsules (same manufacturer) and see if that works better for me. I am disappointed because I contacted the manufacture about how one might make the taste better, but they never replied. So, I'll try the capsules.
I received an empty box, which they are making me return to them😂
