i noticed my blood pressure seemed to be creeping up as of late and thought I'd give these a try. they seem to do the trick, my numvers are more consistently down to where they used to be. my friend who takes medication for high blood pressure started taking them and has experienced a noticeable difference too.
These are great superbeet capsules. The brand is great and the price, while a bit high but no higher then anywhere else is worth the money due to the health benefits.
They really work to help lower high blood pressure. I take one in the morning and I before bed. Anyone with high blood pressure should want to buy/have a blood pressure monitor. I record my pressure each morning then again before bed. I love having a piece of mind💜
Been taking the HumanN brand for a couple years and it really helps with the swelling in my feet, ankles and legs. Highly recomend!!
