I was suffering from a serious medical disorder and blood work indicated malnourishment. Post-hospital, doctors suggested a multivitamin without specificity. My local natural food store expert recommended this one, but it was very expensive. It went a long way to quickly balancing my numbers. The doctors added an iron Rx for severe anemia because it's low there. After a year, I found an alternate seller at a much lower price, but there were supply timing issues. Walmart has it readily available so far and at the same or better price! Warning: the pill is rather large, but it is coated. I got used to it quickly. Read the label contraindications and consider consulting your doctor first.

I love these. I Have been taking them for years and there have been a few times I ran out and bought something else, out of convenance but I always come back to them because nothing really compares to these. I love that they have so much packed into one pill including an Organic Superfood Blend, Botanical Blend, Digestive Enzymes and a Probiotic. You can't get all this nutrition everyday on your own!! I can really feel the difference. Yes the pills are large, but you only need 1 to get all the benefits! I Highly Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a new vitamin to take and came across these Rainbow Light - Women's One High Potency Multivitamin. I like that in addition to the normal vitamin supplement, it also includes superfoods and probiotics. The cap on the bottle is easy to open, and close. The vitamins have a strong smell, but to me, that means they have all they need in them and I feel like the smell is a good thing. The pills rae a bit on the big side. I have included a picture for size. These Rainbow Light - Women's One High Potency Multivitamins did not upset my stomach and I have taken them with or without a meal.

I have taken multivitamins in the past, but I've never tried a product that also contained superfoods & probiotics. If they work (and remember to give it a few months before you can see results), it will make life a little easier for me. I wouldn't have to buy probiotics as well, plus you get a lot of superfoods in your daily pill: spirulina, beet, kale, spinach. Besides, you are only supposed to take one a day, where with other vitamins you usually have to take more than one and that makes them more expensive. I am still a bit confused about the Daily Value of some of these vitamins and minerals. Some are as low as 8% DV (Calcium) and some as high as 1667% (Thiamin). I have done some research, but I will continue reading to understand how this works. I was worried about the size of the pills, since they are quite large, but I was able to swallow them easily. Yes, they do have an unpleasant taste, like any other vitamin (except for gummies, of course). These vitamins are vegetarian and gluten-free and the bottle is made from limestone and they used a tree-free label. I am not sure whether they are manufactured in the USA, which is a very important detail to me. I was not able to find this answer anywhere yet.

I used the old formula for years! Compared to other multivitamins, I noticed a distinct difference when I took Rainbow Light Womens One. I felt more energetic, had healthy hair stronger nails, clear skin, good digestion. I loved these so much that I would never skip a day. With the new formula, all that has changed. The slight change in formulation has made a difference for the worse, especially with my energy levels and digestion. I do like that they are odor-free unlike the previous version which had a slight smell, but other than that, I don't think they're a new and improved formula. I am torn since I've have so much history with these, but sorry to say that I have actually started a search for a new vitamin.

I am so disappointed in this new "high potency" formula. I have taken the original womens one for years now and loved it. It worked great for me. This new formula has ashwaganda in it which I don't want to take. Please switch it back to the other formula. Unfortunately, I am now on the search for a new multi vitamin.
