I love these. I Have been taking them for years and there have been a few times I ran out and bought something else, out of convenance but I always come back to them because nothing really compares to these. I love that they have so much packed into one pill including an Organic Superfood Blend, Botanical Blend, Digestive Enzymes and a Probiotic. You can't get all this nutrition everyday on your own!! I can really feel the difference. Yes the pills are large, but you only need 1 to get all the benefits! I Highly Recommend

I was suffering from a serious medical disorder and blood work indicated malnourishment. Post-hospital, doctors suggested a multivitamin without specificity. My local natural food store expert recommended this one, but it was very expensive. It went a long way to quickly balancing my numbers. The doctors added an iron Rx for severe anemia because it's low there. After a year, I found an alternate seller at a much lower price, but there were supply timing issues. Walmart has it readily available so far and at the same or better price! Warning: the pill is rather large, but it is coated. I got used to it quickly. Read the label contraindications and consider consulting your doctor first.

I have been taking this multivitamin for a few years now. It has all the important vitamins and minerals, and amounts of each one are very good.

I really liked these women's one a day multivitamins. They were a little on the bigger side but after a day or 2 of taking them, the size didn't bother me and I'm someone who usually struggles taking bigger pills. I was worried sometimes multivitamins cause you indigestion or nausea but these didn't at all. I took 1 pill after breakfast each morning and didn't have any issues. I love all the amazing vitamins and ingredients each vitamin has without all the added fillers that many other brands include. I've included a picture of the ingredient list, it's seriously amazing. I will definitely purchase when I run out and truly recommend these.

I was excited to try these but after using I'm a little concern. The pill was a little big and took me a sec to swallow it. After taking it I noticed that when using the bathroom my pee was a neon yellow color. I've never had a vitamin do that so it has me feeling I shouldn't take it. Which is a bummer because I really was excited to use these. The pill had a chalky taste to it which isn't to bad when taking but honestly the only concern I had was the change in the color. I'm have so a little research if I plan on continue to use.

I used the old formula for years! Compared to other multivitamins, I noticed a distinct difference when I took Rainbow Light Womens One. I felt more energetic, had healthy hair stronger nails, clear skin, good digestion. I loved these so much that I would never skip a day. With the new formula, all that has changed. The slight change in formulation has made a difference for the worse, especially with my energy levels and digestion. I do like that they are odor-free unlike the previous version which had a slight smell, but other than that, I don't think they're a new and improved formula. I am torn since I've have so much history with these, but sorry to say that I have actually started a search for a new vitamin.

I am so disappointed in this new "high potency" formula. I have taken the original womens one for years now and loved it. It worked great for me. This new formula has ashwaganda in it which I don't want to take. Please switch it back to the other formula. Unfortunately, I am now on the search for a new multi vitamin.
