The speaker itself sounds great but it turns off even when fully charged. Also, when you turn it off, it turns back on by itself. The FedEx driver threw the box when he delivered it. This was my worry. It was my husband's Father's Day gift.
doesnt charge. keeps turning off after a little bit of using it
The "JBL charge 4 speakers we purchased from this seller on Walmart.com are complete fakes. I purchased 3 for gifts and they are total junk knock-offs! We own a few JBL charge 3s and 4s and it was immediately obvious that these were fakes. The box shows the first clue that they are knock-offs where the "bluetooth" symbol is an upside-down treble cleft. The sides of the speakers are bubbly stickers instead of molded plastic, the bluetooth button on the speaker is an M instead of the correct symbol. They also weigh much less than our real ones. I thought I was safe from fakes since I was purchasing it from Walmart. Real JBL charge 4s would have received a 5 star rating -they're great.
It's fake item, few seller on market place r selling fake item with name of jbl… it's not even worth to hold or see. don't even think about use it. See in the picture, they just stick a sticker as jbl .. I would give -be rating but not option Beware before u r ordering
This item is a FAKE! We sent it back immediately. Such a shame that Walmart deals with third-party vendors they haven't vetted. Do not purchase this item. Anyone could see it was counterfeit before the box was even opened. See pictures below. (The music icon is upside down.)
I have the same bluetooth speaker. The purchase was a gift for a friend. But the item received with packaging with the previous purchase is completely different. The brand name on the package is stuck on with stickers. Not printing. I suspect it is a fake.
I got a fake JBL. First, the logo is put upside down. Second, on the sides, it has JBL stickers but the origin does not have that. Third, in the directions and in the package there is no logo of JBL. There is only a red square with the name of charge 4. The pictures show what I have said, besides the sound is not good.
When I was looking to buy JBL speaker, I found this product in Amazon and Walmart for the same price, in fact Amazon was going to deliver it the next day. I said to myself that Amazon is killing box stores and let me give my money to wallmart and purchased it through Walmart. The product arrived late. The FedEx box it was in was in perfect condition, but when I opened the FedEx box, I saw smashed and opened JBL box. I was surprised that someone can ship smashed product. Dear Walmart, if you like survive in online shopping business, get your ducks in a row.
this speaker is an absolute copy. I went to 5 walmart customer service and coincidentally the label machine did not work for all of them to make the return,I have also sent several emails to the seller and he does not respond . I don't know how walmart allows this kind of sales (copies) what a disappointment walmart .
this is absolutely unacceptable. the JBL i was sent was so clearly a knock off that it's laughable. i attached photos with a REAL JBL on the left and the knock off one i was sent on the right. one star isn't even a low enough rating. -5 stars sounds a lot better.
