These are absolutely wonderful!! I purchased these instead of another pair of AirPods and I could not be more pleased. The battery life is exceptional so I don't find myself charging them more than overnight. The fit is awesome even with my small ears. They block out my surroundings so that I can hear my music, the person I am speaking with, etc.

These ear buds are very comfortable, very light and are a pleasure to wear. The fact that they have an Apple chip makes pairing with Apple devices so simple and easy. The sound quality is very good, but I honestly have heard better - but considering the price, the Apple connectivity, and the fit these are 5 stars. Noise cancelling and phone calls are a breeze and quality is excellent.

Perfect for the price and better than those little cheap devices just a fraction more expensive but you get what you pay for and Beats made by Apple is going to give quality and endurance totally worth 129.99! Music is clear, crisp, loud, and comes with different size buds to fit your ear! And easily connects to your device!

I really like how these look and how small the case is. The one complaint I have is that they might not be good for women’s ears. I will wear them for a few hours and it will make my ears sore. Because of this, I have to wear them kind of differently than intended. So just keep that in mind if thinking about getting these.

the fact these are 150 bucks and can only connect to one device is insane to me. i have raycons i put through the washing machine that came back to life and will connect seamlessly to 2 different devices is insane. at HALF THE PRICE. i dont buy things for name I want things to work. i heard these were great. they are just ok.

I was looking forward to these new Beats Fit Pro earbuds. I got them brand new out of the box and immediately the right earbud was not working. The left earbud was working beautifully on a charge of maybe 60% right out the box. I decided to charge them completely to 100% to make sure. The left earbud was at 100% but the right earbud only charged to 78%. I removed the device from my iPhone and did a factory reset and reconnected twice and still only the right earbud will work. Returning them back to Walmart. I might try to get another pair in hopes of a better experience with this product

The Beats did not work outside of the case. I tried to return it to Walmart and each time I've gone, there is a problem with the return and they can't help me and they patch through to the 1-800-Walmart number. After talking with them, they told me that they will manually give back my money onto the credit card I used to purchase it. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten my $150 back yet.

Save your time and your money and order from Best Buy!! This item never arrived and I've been working for the last month, contacting them every few days, trying to get my money back. I have no earbuds, have seen no refund and there's no end in sight for resolving this issue. Each time I contact customer service they assure me they're on it and will resolve it immediately, and then ask me to wait a few days for whatever they did to process...but it doesn't and then I have the same conversation with the next person. I ordered another pair from Best Buy and they arrived in 3 days without any issue. The product itself I love, and I think they're the best earbuds I've ever had, but please save yourself the trouble and buy them from someone else. I've never had to work this hard to get a refund before, and as you can see, these aren't cheap. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Bought 2 of these through the Walmart app fr Datavision Computer Video. One of the cases stopped charging 100%. Was told I could return the defective item directly to them. But then in a separate message was told I couldn't because 30 days had passed. They should be held accountable for their words. Will never purchase fr them again!

We received the product in November. Bought new from store (not third party). One of the beats just failed. We expected it to have apple care. Turns out the warranty expired in April, 7 months before we bought it. Apple won’t fix it. Walmart said sorry nothing we can do about it. And told me to just dispute the transaction with my bank. What in the world?
