JBL Go 4 - Ultra-Portable Bluetooth Speaker - White

This little speaker is a gem. I found out the hard way that it is not a good idea to listen to your vehicle's Bluetooth sound system without the engine running which is something I do often.... Park in a pleasant spot and listen to music or podcasts connected through my phone's Bluetooth connection. This practice eventually resulted in an early and complete death of my vehicle's battery. (-Luckily it was still under warranty.) So I got the car battery replaced and immediately went online to Walmart and found the JBL Go 4. The sound is quite good for a speaker this size and, unlike some reviews, I've found the battery life to be quite good.... easily 12 hours at a moderate volume. At moderate volume there is no distortion either. That said, I can't speak to the battery's performance with the volume cranked up to maximum. It's also advertised to be waterproof which I can't comment on either as I've never used it in a 'wet' environment but I trust JBL's claim in this regard. This is a great little speaker, if a bit costlier than other, similarly sized speakers. And the JBL brand has a solid history and reputation. I have run into a glitch with the downloadable app, but only a couple of times. And the app does allow one to adjust the sound quality and even offers an equalizer mode to customize the sound quality. I highly recommend this little Bluetooth speaker.

This is a little powerhouse! Battery lasts about 4.5 hours but plays while plugged in too. I love it by the pool and when I'm working. It's cute and easy to use!! Only draw back is I don't always know I've got a text etc when using it, or I just miss the sound bc I'm enjoying the music so much?!

Love my speaker, i listen to it at work everyday, it can get pretty loud too. I'll say st max volume, the charge will usually last for about 6 to 7 hours.

Got this for my husband for work. Its got great volume and sound quality. He can hear it playing over the power tools when he has to use them which is nice. Battery power runs the whole day and it charges up fast! The built in loop makes it easy to clip onto your belt too so it goes with you as you move and it doesn't have to be in your pocket either. SPACE SAVER!!

Purchase this for my adult son at his request and he says he loves it so if he loves it then mama loves it however I purchased a different design from Walmart

used this as a car radio on a 500 mile trip in a vehicle without power to the radio. i hooked my phone to it and used XM radio. It was perfect and sounded great in the massive Suburban I was driving.

Has good base, pretty powerful for a little thing. But it does overwhelm the words a little. shipping was fast and earlier than expected even though it said it was delayed, it still arrived early and am pleased with it so far. Husband will be using it for his golf rounds. Now the problem with walmart, i bought it 6 days ago for a sale price, today on walmart deals.... it is 10$ more. I wanted to buy another one but these tactics are insane.

Electronic Express sold me this speaker. It stopped working just as my return window expired. It no longer holds a charge, which means Electronic Express knew it was faulty. JBL is a good product, so this was probably refurbished. I am very unhappy and out $40 plus dollars. Walmart should do something to make this right. Either give me a refund or send me a new speaker. I trust that when I purchase something from Walmart, they will stand behind the product. Maybe not, maybe it's time to go back to Amazon.

I never received it, stated I was coming to pick it up there, was no where to park. Cars was everywhere so the lady called and asked was I still coming I told her the situation and I will come back the next day. She marked it as picked up, can’t get anyone to help me with this matter either.

i'm just now finding time to reconcile what i ordered online with what i actually received. i did NOT get this item. when i have time again, i will attempt to get my money back. beginning to lose trust in Walmart and online shopping !
