JBL Go Essential 2 - Portable Waterproof Speaker - Black

It has some nice bass and sound to it to be so small. The radio in my truck went out and this can be heard over my loud muffler. Nice Black Friday gift.

Bought for Christmas presents for my two older kids. And one of them seen them. So say she got 1 present early and she loves it. I Highly recommend this for anyone.Now I wished I bought me one.

This is my second speaker to replace the 1st identical one but different color (red). I had to buy a new one since the other one was dead, after years of usage. I like this speaker because it is a prefect size to be moved around. It's small and light. I keep it on the shower. It stands water really well. Don't let the size fool you! The sound of is loud! The battery life is long. I rarely charge it. This is the perfect speaker if you're looking for one to be used in wet environment and not to have to worry ruining it or rough handle it.

This is the 2nd JBL Go Essential we have owned, first one lasted over 6 years and just stopped charging which was fine for price and usage so we were happy to buy same product again. Decent Sound and well worth money. Only issue with this purchase is that it doesn't come with charging cable and is a different size port to older version so we had to purchase a separate one which was frustrating when it arrived, it was not made clear when purchased that it is not included.

So far I like this speaker and it sounds good. I’ve been looking for an alternative to my Bose micro speaker because that thing is kinda hefty in weight and I wanted something that sounds good but isn’t as heavy and this one is getting the job done and is light enough when carrying around in my jacket pocket.

Fully charged you only get about 2 hours. It definitely does last for 5 hours as advertised. The speaker is really weak on bass and it’s not 100 percent waterproof as we found out. A little splash of water or just out in the rain for a few minutes it’ll be fine but that’s it. It didn’t come with its own charge cord so be prepared for that . Overall it’s ok speaker but cheap price cheap product. I won’t buy Jbl again I’ll just stick to Bose. It may cost more but their products are definitely better and worth it.

This little speaker sounds amazing, pretty loud for it's size. Got it on sale, needed a new speaker for my room. The only down side it's the battery life. It's sucks, even if I charge it for hours, the play time is less than an hour. Maybe 30 min.

Does not tell you in the details that it doesn’t come with a charger. And doesn’t show the back of the box that says “ charger not included “

First of all it doesnt even come with a usb cord and i bought this speaker to connect to my Laptop SPECIFICALLY and it connects then disconnects......im beyond disappointed. i will be returning due to has no use for me atp. it should be clearly displayed in the name of the product it doesnt come with a cable and isnt compatible with certain devices.

Terrible quality, disconnects Bluetooth continuously. If you're thinking of buying it, know that you're buying a huge headache. JBL support is terrible when you need it, so think carefully before you have a headache requesting a return; you'll have to find a box to return it and print labels. So my suggestion is don't buy it unless you want to get very angry, then you can buy it.
