After using this for about a month now I must say i am Very impressed. The sound is clean and crisp, drivers are simple to install and the headset is very comfy for long gaming sessions. They are a very nice fit around the ears without causing any irratation at all. The mic picks up my voice perfectly and is very crisp and clear. Improved my gaming overall as you can hear so much more using this headset. LED lights are very nice and go together nicely with my corsair keyboard and mouse. Overall I am very impressed with this headset and I highly recommend it to any gamer looking for there perfect headset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used these headphones for 2 days and have been using them with the PS4. First person games have become more immersive as you can hear your enemies footsteps right around the corner. Sound is great when you connect these to your PlayStation controller, but the real fun comes when you connect a PC or laptop and play games. The JBL Quantum one headphones have a software application that you can download to customize your sound and your lights. One thing to note though the lights on the headphones will only come on if you connect the USB and USBC to your headphones. If you're a PC gamer I definitely recommend these headphones if you're creating your next gaming setup.

I received the JBL Quantum One headset 3 weeks ago and WOW.... they are beyond amazing. Myself and my 11 year old son are extreme PC gamers and have tried many headsets over the years. This is the best quality professional gaming headset we have purchased. Extremely comfortable, strong, sturdy and fits perfectly snug even after hours of gaming. The surround sound quality is out of this world, crystal clear and the headphones really do block out all external sound so you can focus on your favourite games with no distractions. Love how you can control the headphones using buttons on the right ear cup, including volume, mic mute/unmute, noise cancelling, center head tracking. There is a mixer balance dial connected to the cable which sits on you desk to enable you to control the game/chat balance. The price of these headphones seemed a little on the high side at first but after trying them out I completely understood why.... top quality! I would definitely recommend investing in the JBL Quantum one headset above any other.

Fit great for my Giant head. Sound quality is like no other. I could hear sounds in games that I didn't even know were there. Mic is not the best but definitely isn't terrible. Careful at full volume, it'll rock your world

I really started to use these in anger and initially I thought they sounded a little over powered on the bass with muted highs, but as soon as I installed the Quantum engine software the headset really started to sing and I was shock how good it could sound! I was initially prompted to update the firmware on the headset but this was a painless process that took no more than 2 mins. Calibration was simple using the included calibration earpiece. The 3d surround effect is so good its almost too immersive, and I find in games this is a real help when trying to locate sounds within the environment. The box and presentation is great, the materials are very premium and I especially like how comfortable the memory foam ear cushions are. If I was to make any negative point it would be that the inline mic/chat bias control is more suited for setups that have the cable coming up over the rear of the desk, but this is trivial considering how good the headset performs.

Recieved today. Well packaged and secure with fragile tape on it and bubble wrap around it. Easy to open and remove all the accessories. The sound quality is amazing, tried the bassiest songs and they didnt falter on any song played. Great for gaming and they really do immerse you in the game play. Only reason not five stars is that they are a little heavy on your head, especially the main bar but over all a great product.

I've had this headset for a few days now. Straight out of the box, it looks and feels an amazing headset and very sturdy but still light enough to wear for a good few hours. The sound is immense and very clear and deep bass. The sound with a PC game is probably the best as seems to lose a little quality on the Xbox series s and PS4. It's very easy to setup, but did require an upgrade to work on the Xbox series s, so I had to download this on my laptop first, which was a bit of a hassle. The cables are long enough if playing on a desk or close to your screen, but not long enough if you want to play while sat in a sofa in your lounge, approx 2m cable, with the sound button half way through. So a wireless function could be a great addition. All in all, a good headset with some smaller flaws, the main one being the cables and their length.

Don't buy unless you want to experience bad audio, no ergonomics and feel like your head is trapped in a bag. Where do I even start with this thing. First of all, it sounds like static half of the time, I downloaded drivers, switched ports, everything, the static wont go away. The microphone is barely decent. The headphone itself is very tight and feels like it sticks to your head in a very uncomfortable way. I should have listened to the other reviews. These headphones are terrible.

Honest Review of the JBL Quantum Headset I really wanted to love these, and I was actually excited enough to buy two during the Black Friday sale. Even at 70 percent off, though, I'm returning both. They just aren't worth it. First, the ear cups are smaller than expected for a true over ear fit. They feel more on ear than around ear, and the material they used is some kind of leather or leather-like fabric that doesn't breathe at all. After a short session my ears were already warm and sweaty, which is not something I've had issues with on other headsets. The cord design is also frustrating. There is a big volume controller right in the middle of the cable, so the wire hangs awkwardly and constantly pulls or gets caught. It never feels comfortable. The biggest issue, though, is the audio feedback through the microphone. No matter how much I played with the settings, I could not get it to sound right. It always had this strange loop or echo inside the headset. I genuinely tried to fine tune it, and while it got a little better, it never reached anything close to acceptable. Logitech does this far better. Honestly, even though Logitech has moved away from wired headsets, I would rather keep using my old broken Logitech pair than these. The mic design itself is also disappointing. The foam tip looks outdated, like a 1950s operator mic, and the wires sticking out around the ear pieces bunch up and look sloppy. For a headset with a listed price of 320 dollars, it feels nowhere near premium. Even for the 100 dollars I paid, they're not worth it. Really disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to upgrading. Returning both units.
