Amazing webcam! Works great and has an amazing picture. It works as described and I could not be happier! I'm using it with my desktop PC and setting it up was easy, just plug and play. People I have talked to said that the picture was clear and crisp, and it automatically downgrades the video as necessary for online applications.

I am using a company-provided Dell Latitude 5480. These are enterprise-grade laptops and are notorious for their lack of creature comforts. When it comes to the quality of the built-in peripherals including the speakers, microphone, and camera, you get the bare minimum... barely. I primarily wanted to fix the quality of the microphone for my conference calls, but decided I might as well get a better camera as well and be done with it. It seemed like setting up one device would be easier too. Installation was indeed very easy, just a matter of plugging in the USB cord. It was trial and error to figure out how to switch the microphone over from the one on my laptop to the one on the camera, but only took a few minutes to figure out. I haven't had a chance to hear myself with the microphone on this camera yet, but people stopped asking me to repeat myself so I assume it's good enough. What I am sure of is that the image is much better, like going from a tube television to a modern HDTV. Perhaps those using high-end gaming laptop or macbooks won't see as much of a jump in quality, but if your laptop is like mine, it'll be difficult to subject people to the built-in camera and mic after using this one. I'd say that's money well spent.

I've never had a webcam before and I've always wanted one. this one works awesome the video is crisp and clear and now I can talk and see my grandkids that live in Alaska!

Great quality. Great low light. Auto focus works well sometimes can be annoying if move too fast. Excellent zoom button for adjusting field of view. Privacy shatter is included. Much better than my built-in camera

It is as good as described and so far no any issues found. Strongly recommended.
