Amazing sound and fits perfectly in my ears

dana February 20, 2024

I bought my first pair of JBL wireless earbuds a few several back. Each one was connected together with a wire cord. They still work great and hold a charge for all day of constant use. So, now I wanted the ones that fit in ears with no cord. I bought a set like this last year and I left them in their case on my end table and next morning I found one laying on the floor and was severely chewed up by my little Chihuahua. I freaked out on and went on a mad search hoping to find the other one usable. BUT it wasn’t, only the case was usable. My husband told me to order another set and he would pay for it. And the newer set sounds even more. I also ordered another kind of JBL earbuds, the kind that fits in the ear, not the little sticks that hang out like this one. I paid a lot more than this one and they pretty much have the same quality sound. I’ve bought beats earbuds and they do not sound as good as these. Everything is so crisp and clear and ohhhhhh, the bass- a must have for me. It’s awesome. And it comes with small, medium %26 large silicone pieces to put on earbuds to help them stay in. Mine was shipped with the medium size on and it was the size I needed. You can use them to answer the phone and they sound great and people said they were able to hear me great too. I REALLY LOVE THESE EARBUDS. 💙💙💙💙💙

Comfortable when in ears

Poor interconnectivity among other devices.

Archit October 3, 2025

This one does not even support multi-point connections. It means you will have to disconnect it from one device and reconnect or repair it to the other device. So going from a mobile phone to a laptop is NOT easy at all! It is also NOT working well with the HP Spectre laptop.

Not the best

sha40 August 5, 2026

I bought these earbuds expecting better performance. The build quality is good, and they seem well made, but the sound is very quiet, even at maximum volume. Another big issue is using them while riding a bike – you can hear a lot of wind noise, which makes it difficult to enjoy music or podcasts. Overall, they're decent in terms of quality, but the low volume and poor wind noise handling were disappointing.

poor microphone

Merco May 8, 2026

Dear JBL, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding both the JBL Tune Flex and the older Wave Flex headphones. In terms of sound quality for listening to music and media, both products are generally very good. The Tune Flex headphones sound very similar to the Wave Flex, and overall I have been happy with the audio quality. However, there are two major issues that significantly affect the overall user experience. Firstly, the charging case design on the Tune Flex is awkward compared to the older Wave Flex case. The Wave Flex case was much simpler, easier to open, and generally more practical for everyday use. The newer case feels less intuitive and more difficult to access quickly. Secondly, and more importantly, the microphone quality during phone calls is extremely poor. This was already an issue with the Wave Flex and unfortunately has not improved with the Tune Flex. Even in conditions where there is little or no wind, people on the other end of calls regularly tell me that it sounds extremely windy and difficult to hear clearly. Background noise reduction and wind filtering seem either ineffective or absent altogether. By comparison, even older wired Apple earphones with a standard headphone jack had noticeably clearer microphone performance, and modern AirPods handle this exceptionally well. It is possible to take calls while cycling outdoors with minimal wind interference using AirPods, whereas the JBL headphones struggle even in mild conditions. I hope JBL can improve microphone quality and wind noise reduction in future products, as the listening experience itself is already very strong. Kind regards, Merco

I bought the Tune Flex Earphones less than a month ago. All working perfectly until the charging case started flashing. I googled the issue , sorted it then it happened again. I cleaned the inside of the case , gold pins ect , no different. Went in the bin. Such a shame , came in useful for work.

Not really worth it, look elsewhere

Music lad September 16, 2026

It isn't the best quality. The sound is tinny, there is no noise cancellation as advertised. Overall, I'm not sure they differ from a cheaper set. I'd avoid, spend your money on something cheaper that does the same job.

A frustrating waste of time and money.

Rob Gu July 3, 2026

I bought these 10 days ago. They are already malfunctioning. They've had light occasional use. Often only one bud turns on. I have to put them back in the case multiple times before they both come on. Over the last two days the left bud appears to have stopped charging.
