Wanted a fire starter that wasn't waxy and more natural. These fit the role perfectly. Light it like a cherry bomb, throw it in a pile of charcoal, a fire pit, or anything needing a sustained fire. Effectively starts charcoal in a chimney or stack, propagates heat and completely burns.

These are the best firestarters I've used. Being a ceramic grill user know what your putting in the grill is important. These being all natural is no lie, once they are burnt it's just ash, no oil or residue left behind like many others on the market. Great job JD!

These Firestarers don't only work better then any others I've used, but they also are incredibly fun to light (They look like a little 90's video game bomb). They catch quick and stay lit for considerably longer then you need to get your charcoal lit making sure you are ready to start cooking ASAP!

Now that I've been BBQing for over 2-3 years now. I wanna say I've tried just about every fire starter that's been made. Whether its the wax cubes or the tumbleweeds. Nothing compares to Boom! First, just a single Boom last twice as long as anything I've used before. I've seen the flame last past 15 minutes! It's also one of the hottest on the market. I only need a single Boom to light an entire chimney of charcoal.

These Jealous Devil BOOM Starters are amazing! I was struggling to get my charcoal grill lit and these firestarters made it so easy. Just place one under the charcoal, light it up, and within 10 minutes I had glowing hot coals ready for grilling. The firestarters are very compact but pack a powerful punch. They light quickly even when slightly wet from rain or morning dew on my grill. I also love that they are made from all natural wood and vegetable wax so there are no gross chemicals smell or taste imparted to my food. My food has been coming out perfectly grilled every time now that I have an easy way to light the charcoal. The firestarters last a long time too - one is enough for a whole grill full of charcoal. I don't have to use lighter fluid anymore which tended to make my food taste off. I highly recommend these Jealous Devil Firestarters to anyone who wants an easy, effective and chemical-free way to light their charcoal. They make grilling so much more enjoyable and hassle-free.
