Exactly what you need in any kitchen. Cuts through meats with ease, however I especially like how it cuts through chicken bone. These scissors has literally cut my prep time in half as it super easy to use, grips well, and is sharp. Hoping it lasts me for a long while, but I am supper happy with it.

As a gift, it was gratefully received. They are heavy duty enough to cut through the poultry bones and joints needed for cooking, while being light weight enough to handle easily. Love the spring loaded handle on the big shears. The smaller ones are great for lighter duties in the kitchen. Dishwasher cleaning is a plus. Unless they fall apart later, I am completely satisfied with the shears.

I'm so totally thrilled with these shears. There are 2 pair, small and large, both are heavy duty quality, and has a safety lock to protect from springing open on their own. I have 2 pups who love their pig ears. They can be expensive, so I choose the largest ears and use the larger shear to cut these pig ears in half or even fourths. Saving me even more money. At just under $13.00, I really really impressed with the quality and comfort in using these.

I like that the blades are stainless steel...used it to cut open a plastic container...cut through it like a hot knife thru butter..Plus you get two pair one large on one small one..

worked perfectly to cut the back of a turkey for Spatchcocking, felt like i knew what I was doing with these bad boys, made my wife refer to me as Chef, she did not appreciate it, but anyway they work perfectly

Today 11/17/25 I use my shears meat cutter. I bought 10 pounds of chicken leg quarters. I use for soups and curry. I cut up the entire 10 pounds easy. I am very pleased .

Very well made. Very sharp edges. The handles are quite easy to use. For the price these are a great deal. There is a large and small shear. Excellent! I'd buy again.

cuts like butter. I love the grips on them ,because I'm left-handed and it hard to fine any type of scissors that fit left-handed without paying higher price

Well built and should be able to take hard use. What a difference cutting chicken bones, compared to my old scissors! Also, my package contained a bonus pair of similar scissors, only smaller. I got this item from Amazon at approx. half price from the manufacturer's online price, so I am very happy with this purchase.

While these are ok for cutting some boneless meat items they do not cut into bones as advertised. The handles are not very ergonomic as advertised which makes them a bit awkward to use.
