had a fall last winter getting out of bathtub shower and thought I'd give this a try. I wasn't strong enough to lock in place but my strong son had no problem. every time I use it I say to myself..why didn't I buy this months ago.

No good
I'm not satisfied it won't stay on my bathroom wall. I put it on my wall later I go in there and it's laying in my bathtub. I have bought 3 in the store and they work great. My husband needs them for safety.

Did not fit.
I had no problem with the seller or the product. My problem was that it did not fit, my Bathroom tiles are 4" x4" and wold only cover one tile.

it looks good but unfortunately it doesn't hold when I used it, it didn't hold it slipped down. Could cause an bad accident.

This item came broken. the handle is cracked. The return address on the package is from someone's apartment in MA. i guess someone had this in their home and sold it when it broke.
