Medline Steel 3-in-1 Elongated Bedside Commode, Foldable Frame, Supports up to 350 lbs, Gray

I bought this chair for my bladder reconstruction surgery. I'm 145lbs and it works fine. Ghe only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is the seat is very uncomfortable.

We needed a commode seat for an elderly visiting relative and this fit the bill! Great if you need a bedside toilet (there is a bar included to easily install or remove for this use) but is also perfect to fit over the bathroom toilet. No need for removing the toilet seat, just lift the lid and seat and place this over the toilet using the adjustable legs. With higher seat and the arms it makes using the toilet easier for the elderly or infirm and can still be used by others without removing the portable seat. When the relative leaves it can be folded up and stored for the next visit, though this relative has this same toilet for her everyday use at her home. Great price too!

Box came destroyed and one of the legs is bent but we don't have time for a replacement. The bucket also looks like It may have been used. There are scrub and scrape marks at the bottom like someone scrubbed it. The rubber feat are worn like someone had previously used it and the metal parts that slide into each other had scoring as if they were previously assembled.

Perfect for my 79yr old mom who just had a stroke. The elongated seat is perfect! It literally came assembled in the folder position and took 3 mins to have it ready to be used. I would 100% buy some liners which makes cleaning almost never needed, and disposing of very easy and fast. I sat on it myself at 272lbs and it was sturdy. The only negative is using as a shower chair may be impractical for some with older/narrow tubs and may not fit, but that isn't what we needed it for.

The set-up was a breeze. Leg adjustments were easy. The hardest part removing the protective packaging. Will use it as a safety frame/seat raiser for my Mum over the existing toilet. Handles 150 lbs easily.

This item is just as described. The price is very reasonable. The assembly was easy. Im 71 and was able to assemble without any assistance. No tools were required.

It was easy to put together but the frame is VERY wobbly %26 someone has to put their weight/ hands on the back of the frame - behind the lid - to keep it from moving.

I have set it up in 40 minutes.I have used it for for I think 4 months and am happy.I pulled a muscle and was having accidents so I had to get this item Thank you.

The metal supports to this item do not readily support individuals over 220lbs in my view. I would not recommend it for individuals over 200 pounds. Medline makes good products in general but I believe this falls short of their usually high standards. They need to use a better grade of metal.

Good overall but a bit flimsy and the flexible seat can pinch your legs between the legs and the frame
