My son put the chair together for me when I had knee replacement surgery, and he's good at that so I have no knowledge of the ease of assembly. However, this chair was extremely helpful when I was recuperating. I still use it occasionally. It is sturdy and the legs are adjustable to fit the individual tub or shower. Highly recommended for recovering surgical patients or elderly who cannot stand long.

I want to return this package. I had only ordered one of these. I do not need another one. There was an air done and the department of ordering. How do I go about getting a return label?

This is exactly what we were told to get. It was SO helpful. Made giving our family member to whom we were giving a shower a safe way over the side of a standard bathtub. Until we purchased this transfer bench he was having to hold on to bars we had installed to access a single shower "seat", which was good until he lost more strength. This transfer bench really answered that problem, Excellent "problem-solver."

Shipping was great; the item arrived a day early, which I appreciate very much. I ordered this bath chair because I broke my ankle and cannot safely stand in the shower. The construction seems sturdy. The reason I did not give five stars is the item I was sent was an unrepaired return. One leg is missing the locking pin that allows height adjustment. The parts had all been removed from their packaging, and the packaging was stuffed down in the box. I am keeping the item because my husband found a way to make it work and I need it now for hygiene. I made sure to disinfect before use, because who wants a returned personal hygiene item? This was the only problem with the order. Just be aware that this company may send you an unrepaired return.

one of the legs has a piece that is broken and won't allow for it to be attached to the bench. called Medline customer service and I have to provide a copy of my receipt from Walmart. the assembly instructions are not user friendly

Didn't have all screw in box to put together %26 then have nerve to say no return so I wouldn't recommend no one to order these item for disabled person from company %26 then you get item wish was late %26 get ready to put together %26 all part not in box

I ordered this, and now I do not need it. Only ordered a few weeks ago and NEVER opened the box. Tried to do a return and was told not returnable. What? So, I think this seller may be selling stolen goods and will be contacting my State AG to file a complaint. I totally understand if the item was opened, because it could of been used, but this was never opened and let me tell you, this company is being absolutely rude with me. Not gonna have it. Let the AG tell me my UNOPENED GOOD cannot be returned. I do have a right, as the rest of us do, to conduct a return within a reasonable amount of time especially if the goods are unopened and never used. I have question if this is stolen property. And i would think ti might be wise of Walmart cut ties with this company for this nonsense. I also want to know, when did they add this item was not returnable, and in such a place so easily not seen?

This ench is ttoo big for mmy tub. The tub is slanted at the end and brings the bench right up to the toilet. This makes it dangerous to use for an almost eighty one year old woman. I have contacted the user and have not received a reply. So I am stuck with a bench I can't use. And I am out $57.

after my surgery, it was delivered. once it was delivered without even opening the box, I could see it would not work for my needs I tried to return it but they would not do a return on such an item therefore I've lost 60$ plus I have an item I cannot use with this being said, check your return policy before you purchase

Missing the ball pins that attach the seat back to the bench. Was a hassle to return or exchange. Had to contact Medline then put in a claim and then wait. I bought this bench because it could be delivered next day. It's been 4 days now with no resolution and now it's the weekend. Very disappointed they can't just send me a new one and I'll send this one back. End of story. Apparently I must wait for a response, even thought I checked before purchasing product could be returned. ….😡 going on
