This is exactly what we were told to get. It was SO helpful. Made giving our family member to whom we were giving a shower a safe way over the side of a standard bathtub. Until we purchased this transfer bench he was having to hold on to bars we had installed to access a single shower "seat", which was good until he lost more strength. This transfer bench really answered that problem, Excellent "problem-solver."

My son put the chair together for me when I had knee replacement surgery, and he's good at that so I have no knowledge of the ease of assembly. However, this chair was extremely helpful when I was recuperating. I still use it occasionally. It is sturdy and the legs are adjustable to fit the individual tub or shower. Highly recommended for recovering surgical patients or elderly who cannot stand long.

Exactly what I needed after knee replacement to get in and out of my bathtub/shower by myself! It extends just far enough outside of the tub to be accessible, but doesn't stick so far outside of the tub that it's intrusive in the bathroom.

I want to return this package. I had only ordered one of these. I do not need another one. There was an air done and the department of ordering. How do I go about getting a return label?

Received two bench shower chairs. I went on line and you used AI to cancel the second shower bench. It did not get canceled as it said and I got charged for both. I do not know how to return the second bench and get my money back!

I broke my kneecap and I needed something sturdy to sit on when I was finally allowed to shower. This chair is great! It's sturdy and I can safely hold onto it while getting in and out of the bathtub! I highly recommend it!

I was feeling uneasy getting in and out of my tub. Now I can sit down and just lift my feet and put in the tub. I take my time now and enjoy my shower.

Purchased for my daughter who had 2 strokes I realized after the fact image needed a transfer bench so I put it in my shower where it now makes a nice seat to shave my legs and wok on my pedicure.

one of the legs has a piece that is broken and won't allow for it to be attached to the bench. called Medline customer service and I have to provide a copy of my receipt from Walmart. the assembly instructions are not user friendly
