For 1 it was missing chips for two out of four ink jets, which brought the value down. When discounted please check packaging of items to make sure everything is intact.

Do not buy.
After properly installing the ink cartridges, it only was good for one 12 word paper. After that, each paper after it had words that were faded or not existent.

These cartridges did not work on my printer. A huge waste of money. Printer kept saying no cartridges loaded even though they were in place. I didn't install immediately so now I can't even get my money back.

HORRIBLE
it was very difficult to try to change out the cartridges. I have a masters degree in education and could not figure out at all how to put the cartridges in. It didn't work like it showed in the video or anything. I will never purchase this again and I think they should remove the product.

they were missing the computer chip on all the cartridges. I ended up just throwing them in the trash
