Fantastic Sound Quality | Great Fit!

SeramaMama13 September 15, 2020

Pros: easy to use, fast to charge, can use both or one, easy to pair, comfortable, comes with many sizes, great sound quality, easy to use functions, wireless, built in charging cord Cons: none The JLAB GOAIR True Wireless Signature Earbuds are the best earbuds I've ever used! They are so easy to use, and they work really well, and they fit great. These come with everything you need to get started including a built-in charging cord and different sized ear tips. The instructions for these earbuds are very clear and easy to understand. The charging cord is attached to the bottom of the case for the earbuds. This charging cord gets insert into a standard USB port. It fits in easy. Charging doesn't take a long time which is super nice. The instructions also indicate on what light means what as far as charging goes, which is very helpful. Pairing these earbuds was very easy when connecting to my phone. I found them right away and had zero issues with getting them paired. These earbuds can also be used separately. To use just one, you stick the other back in the case. When you want to use it again, you just pull it back out and it starts working again. The controls for these earbuds are very intuitive and easy to use. You simply do one or more taps, or press and hold the back of each earbud to get it to do each specific function. The guide easily lists out what tap does what. Each tap or hold works exactly how it's supposed to. For fitting I definitely needed the picture in the guide to figure out how to get it to go in my ear. I found the smallest ones gave me too much wiggle room, the size it came installed with work perfectly for me. These earbuds are comfortable, they stay in my ears, and they have such a good fit that I'm the only one listening to my music. It also seals out a lot of outside sound. I can actually move around and exercise with these on without them falling out. There are a couple of equalizer modes which are really great depending on what you're listening to, it's very easy to switch between them. The sound quality of these earbuds is absolutely fantastic. The sound is clear, there isn't any crackling, distortion, or static, just high-quality sound. All in all, these are really nice earbuds! They work really well, they are easy to use, easy to pair, easy to charge, they last a long time, and they fit really well. I would absolutely recommend them!

Great headphones!

DDK23 September 13, 2020

These headphones are pretty nice. First off theyre not too big for my ears which is a plus. Most wireless headphones end up hurting my ears. These fit very nicely. My biggest thing was do they hold a charge? And yes they do! They last a long time and the case stays charged for a very long time as well! Talking on the phone is also a breeze, the other person sounds so clear on their end. The sound is pretty good but they don't seem to cancel out the noise around me compared to my Samsung buds. Overall these are pretty nice and I would recommend.

Amazing sound but unfamiliar usb char

Therealmzfrizzle September 12, 2020

They sound great! Great clear and crisp sound. Nice bass. However this usb has me confused. It isn't anything I've ever seen. I need to find a wall block for them. They also don't stay in my ears very well. Im not sure if the ear canals are small or if these are large. I've never had a pair that actually fit. If your ear holes are a fair size I recommend giving them a try the sound is stellar!

Good sound and cool charging case!

Cletso September 15, 2020

These wireless earbuds have good sound quality. They come with 3 different size cushion gel tips and the smallest tips fit me well. They come with a charging case that holds the earbuds magnetically and it holds them securely! I tried to shake them out and they stayed in perfectly! The case is portable and compact! The charging cord is short and works fine when I have them charging on my laptop. I thought it seemed strange at first to have such a short cord but honestly any longer cord is not necessary. The connector fits into the case when not in use. I could not figure out is how to turn these off when they are out of their case? I also wish the L for Left and the R for right was more visible on the earbuds, but other than that I am very pleased.

Quality earbuds

Mandy September 13, 2020

I prefer these ear buds over my fit. You get 3 different sized ear pieces so you can fit the best fit. In addition the sound quality definitely beats my fit. I work in a warehouse so I keep i bud in ear so can talk and hear what's going on around me. If I leave my phone at my station and walk away I haven't had any issues with range. My fit doesn't let me wonder into far if I don't carry phone. They also have a convient charging case. I charged immediately when received and I haven't had to recharge case yet. Think its lasted a week. I have only ised for work so far. Phone calls are crystal clear too. Fit not. In all these are good quality. Im really glad I had opportunity to try these. If looking for earbuds I would check these out.

Excellent Sound Quality!

Olivia September 14, 2020

The JLab Audio Go Air True Wireless Earbuds are awesome! They come with a small, pocket friendly m, charging case and an attached charging cable, which makes it super convenient for when you are on the go and need a little juice! I use these earbuds all day long for my work meetings and then after work at the gym. They provide about 20 hours of playtime total! I really like the smaller design. I have small ear holes, so the slimmer fit and the longer stem, work much better for me. The earbuds do come with extra gel cushion tips, just in case you need a different fit. The earbuds are snug in my ears, providing crystal clear and balanced sound! They do not fall out when at the gym either. I really enjoy the dual connect feature, where each earbud independently connects to my phone. This allows you to only use one earbud at a time, which is great when you are in teleconferences all day long. Each earbud has a built in microphone, so I have never experienced any ruffled feedback when talking. Lastly, the earbuds have touch controls that allow you to easily tap the sensors and change between the different modes available. I would highly recommend these earbuds!

Good affordable wireless earphones

SlimSlice September 14, 2020

These earbuds are great for the price. It comes in a nice looking box that has the instructions, earbuds, charger and multiple buds to have the proper sizing. These earbuds were fully charged within 1-2 hours. The battery quality is very good, I have used it for 2-3 hours over the past week and the battery is still at 100%. They fit very well in my ears, they have not fallen out at all even if I move around a lot. When you put the earbuds back in the case they turn off automatically. The army green is a nice green color. The sound is the reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5, it does have 3 different settings which is great but the sound isn't the best. I enjoy using them for watching YouTube videos or shows on Netflix and so on but they do not work that great for music as it distorts the sound a bit. The distance that the earbuds can be from my device before losing connection is about 20 feet. I love how I can change the volume and settings by touching the earbuds. They connected to my cell phone very quickly. If you are looking for affordable earphones to watch shows with i highly suggest these, if you are looking for something to listen to music with I suggest getting something else. I received this product for free from the Spark Reviewer Program.

Didn't work with Samsung Galaxy 8+

Hulahunny September 15, 2020

The instructions are pretty straightforward, unfortunately Jlab did not even show as a nearby device. My husband has a Samsung Galaxy 20 which they paired with and worked. They feel a bit large in my ear, but secure enough to run in. My husband has ran with them a few times and says they stay put and are comfortable. They come with a little magnetic charging case that plugs in with a USB. The case seems to actually hold a charge so that is nice. We did have issue trying to connect the earbuds to my husband's phone after they already paired. I realized you actually have to have the USB plugged in with the earbuds docked in the case, then select Jlab on your bluetooth device to start connecting and remove the earbuds from the case. Other than the complicated pairing, and the fact they don't pair to my phone I think the sound quality is good, they fit comfortably and securely (which would be important not to lose wireless earbuds easily). They also have multiple functions as well like tapping the ear buds for volume control, answering phone calls, using voice commands for your phone like siri or Samsung's bixby, skipping/pausing/rspeating songs, etc.

good design and definitely excellent quality!

Salvie September 17, 2020

Quality: 5/5 Design: 3.5/5 Value: 5/5 Pros: long lasting battery, lightweight, compact, portable, audio for music is excellent. Cons: wish the case has the cap to secure the earbuds - incase they get loose. Although, they stay on very snuggly but just for the peace of mind haha. Audio during call is ok Useful For: on the go, exercise, running, jogging Details: 20+ hours of playtime. built-in MEMS microphone. Bluetooth 5.0 Connection Overall: 4/5 The green/army color design looks good on these earbuds. What i like most about them is the sound quality. It definitely exceeds all of my other earbuds I have owned. When i put them on, at 1st they were a bit uncomfortable...i think it's my fault, but then i forget that they are even there. After many hours of continuous wear, they are still comfortable and don't cause any soreness to my ears. I also like that they are small and compact. I can put them in the jean's pocket and go anywhere. The only thing is that i wish they have the cap for the case, i haven't had the earbuds fall out but I think the cap would provide an overall good look and it would make me feel more secured. The call audio was good, not excellent at cancelling all noise but they are clear and good. The commands are sensitive and easy to navigate. Took these running and i sweat out a lot, after a strenuous running, they still play well. Pairing is very quick with no drop all at. Overally, these are great earbuds!

Great concept, poor design

OrganizedChaos September 16, 2020

The concept of small, wireless earbuds is a great one. These have decent sounds, holds charge for several hours of listening, and even the charging case has it's own battery to charge the earbuds when not plugged in to a power source. There are magnets in the charging case to hold the earbuds in place. I would love these if not for couple of major flaws. Pros: 1. Decent sound, 3 preset equalizer settings. 2. Charging case can charge even without power. 3. Recognizes several hand gestures to control sounds, Track Change, bring up Voice Control (Google,Siri). Cons 1. The physical design of the earbuds. They look like wired earbuds, but due to the battery and circuitry inside each one of them, they are heavier than the wired ones. Due to these 2 facts, they tends to fall off of the ear. I put them to use while cleaning the garage and during those couple of hours I was moving, bending down and lifting stuff, these came off several times. One fell and rolled under a cabinet and had to fish it out. The solution would be to design the end pieces to have probes that goes in to the grooves in the ear similar to some earbuds. 2. Sometimes it is fails to recognize the correct hand gesture/tap depending on how you did that. As you reach the ear without looking at it, you may not be able to perform the action exactly as you wanted, so then you would try again and the unit interpret the 2nd action as a double tap etc... Due to those factors, it becomes hard to use them without the fear of losing it or fidgeting with them get the correct behaviour.
