Fantastic! It is tightly woven, but allows the rainwater and air to pass through to the soil, so you have drainage, but without the weeds.

This stuff is great as a weed block in our garden. We put it down in the walkways so we don't have to weed, as well as under large plants (tomatoes, squash, etc). Cut a hole and plant your plant while it's small, and it will grow out of the hole over the “fabric”. This made out pumpkin patch so easy, as we didn't have to do any weeding around the vines. Make sure to burn any cut edges, it will fray badly if left along after it's cut. Does not make soil hot under the plants.

The product works very well. Nice quality and heavy duty material. Very easy to use

Easy to put down with pins, bought separately. There's plenty on the roll. Dollar weed and grass emerged through 10%ish immediately. Six months later, about 25%ish. Long story short-it's better but next time I'll double up layers.

feels like plastic and not sure if it will last in moisture condition and cause mold/fungus.

definitely not the quality that eas expected. it woll need 2 to 3 layers to actually be a weed barrier. very disappointed
