Though I have salt and pepper hair, the pepper part was getting really dingy. Use John Freida once a week and my hair is SO shiny. Definitely a great value.

The best shampoo. Not able to get in any store now. The only way to purchase is to order online. Cannot do without my favorite shampoo.

Preserves brunette hi-lites and low-lites better than any brand I previously tried (Paul Mitchell, Redkin, Sebastian, Aveda, retail custom recipes, Pureology, Matrix, Lanza).

I have been using it for a while , but went to local Walmart and they were out of stock , very disappointed , so just got on line and ordered it .Very please will do this more often .

I it's my favorite shampoo, but its more than double the price it should be. probably the last time I will order it. Cannot afford it. i don't understand the rise in price. Unreal. That's the last time for me.

It's ok. I had dyed my hair too light, so I wanted to bring back the lowlights for which this is very effective. Unfortunately, the ingred list it from Walmart lists it as having no sulfates (which is all I ever use) - but it has both laurel and laureth sulfates.

The seam on the bottom of the bottle split open in shipping making a mess; it was sealed on the other end of the tub so the cap didn't pop open at least, but that didn't help in this case - cannot testify to the product yet, just packaging flaw at this time.

I ordered shampoo and you sent me conditioner. Very disappointing. I guess good help that knows what they are doing is hard find. Sorry but I am ticked off right now.
