John Frieda Brown Permanent Precision Foam Hair Dye Color Kit, 5N Medium Natural Brown, 1 Application

I love using this John Frieda hair color. its easy to use. i can only utilize a few fingers on my left hand. And the foam is so easy to apply. i only use browns. when i was younger i would wear the reds as well. But i love this hair color for the easy application

This is the best hair color I have ever used. Even when I go to the salon it's never a good experience because I have an allergic reaction to hair color normally. This foam doesnt sit heavy on my scalp and cause a reaction. It had great coverage as well.

i have been using this hair color for several years now. i love that it is a foam so it easy to apply, and one box has plenty of product to cover my long hair. It doesnt dry out my hair. The colors are also very true to description. Some others I have tried over darken my hair and make me have to go through washing it for 2 weeks before I get to the actual color.

Absolutely love this hair dye. It's super easy to apply with the foam. I can even apply it by my self with not help. Definitely recommend!

Best at-home dye, EVER! I prefer it now to the salon-the color is richer, covers my grays better, and lasts longer! I am impressed! So easy to apply, great coverage, no drips, AND NO MESS!

I love the foam because its easier to use and not make a mess. This lighter brown doesnt seem to cover grey very well so you will have to color every 7 days it you wnt it looking best or go a little darker shade. Due to not covering greys well the price is high. The colors are great though.

I gave it a 3 because it didn't cover/penetrate the white hairs like it stated. I have white hair throughout my hairline and roots. I left it on exactly per instructions for stubborn gray hairs but when I rinsed it had only penetrated the whites approximately by 50%. With that being said, it left my hair thicker, softer, and shinier.

I don't know what happened, why it happened nor do I know what to do next. This has never happened to me before 🫣 the color I purchased was just about my natural hair color, if not exact color. At least it was advertised as so on the box. I'm extremely unhappy with this. Why are my roots this light?!? I had (maybe) 5 or fewer grey hairs as well so it wasn't like it colored any new grey growth this way. Also at least 2 out of those 5 grey hairs remained grey after the dying process (might be visible in my photos). I've used this dye before and it was excellent. It was my first time using a foam dye and I was onboard with it! Now I may never purchase again. At least I don't think from this brand. We will see how things go moving forward. I thought you'd do me better than this, John Frieda! 💔

Left it in for 40 minutes. 2 washes later the greys are out again. I can't believe how quickly it washed out. Disappointed.
