I am able to walk longer distance after taking this supplement for about 3 weeks. Seems to work well.

This really helps!
My husband has arthritis through and through. Over a month ago, he began taking the joint compound. Now we are able to take half hour walks daily and his joint pain is lessened.

Great Product
Quality ingredients, time-tested company, not expensive at all compared to other brands. Mix as well. In cold drinks, just have to stir it aggressively. No aftertaste.

Joint Complex
If you need a little more relief from pain it really can help. Maybe my hip is worse than most, but I take only ibuprofen and now the Joint Complex together I am much better.

Did not like Joint Complex
Caps too large for me to swallow easily. I tried taking them apart but the taste was like powdered soup mix, so yuck. They didn't help my joints but I didn't finish the bottle for the above reasons. Love Neocell but this particular product is not for me. I mostakingly thought it was the same product I got from a Neocell years ago- but it wasn't.
