When I first started taking this capsule, I noticed a difference. I took the entire bottle. I was skeptical but this works well for me. I took it every day for awhile and it worked quickly. Now I don't even take it every day...about 5 times a week. I also take Super Bio Curcumin for inflammation but when I added this it really helped.
