[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Berberine and Ceylon cinnamon taken together has helped my glucose blood levels to stabilize. I have never been able to maintain a weight loss before, and I have now for over a year now. It also helped me lose the weight needed . I went from size 22 down to size 12 or 14.
