my husband loves this chair. wish it was a little longer for his legs but it works

Product arrived in timely manor from Walmart however product was missing parts, contacted the company who played back and forth emails, now I'm waiting up to 15 days to get part from china.

I ordered this gaming chair for my bf for valentine's day and as soon as it was taken out of the box it had holes all thru out it and stains. It literally looks like someone took a knife to it..

I received the incorrect item. It's my first time purchasing online. It's unbelievable that I make a purchase online and I come to the store to turn it but can't help a customer out with a little discount.

While the idea of being able to arrange the pieces to suit your living style is great and the base part of the couch was manufactured well, the overall couch lacks in quality and value. The seat cushions come in air-sealed bags to reduce space, but they must have been like this for a very long time because even after 48 hours they lacked fluffiness and stuffing. All you could see were the coils and they never truly inflated (see pics). The material has a sour almost mildewy smell which made me believe that it must have been stored in a wet space. The specs on the website say that the couch from floor to the seat is 17" - I measured 15" - so you are nearly sitting on the floor. Not acceptable. The back of the couch seats measurements were 27" and according to the picture on the website the back cushions added another 5 inches to a height of 32". The back cushions were lower than the back couch seats so the couch was no higher than 27" and very uncomfortable to sit in because the back cushions lacked any support. Believe the reviews where they say the couch was smaller than expected - it is the TRUTH. There is more stuffing in a pillow than what is in these cushions. The corner seats were the only seats that attached the backing to the seat with plates so the back would not come off when you move the seat. The other single back seats just hung on the base with a hook even though they had a hole for a bracket to be screwed to the base, but no hole on the base (see pic). As soon as you move the seat the back would come off because nothing tied it to the base like the corner seat did. I tried contacting JONPONY 12 times to return the couch and they refuse to send me a return label although it states clearly on Walmart.com that 30 day refunds are given with drop off in store. Don't believe it! They won't respond and walmart.com customer service is useless. They sent 2 emails to the seller and nothing has happened. Poor service and product all around. Stay clear of this product and seller.

there was no attachment between the base of the chair and the wheels

Very uncomfortable very noisy. I need to return it. The question is where do I return it?
