We love our chairs. Got it the day after it was supposed to be delivered, and I was weary when I saw how the boxes looked like, but nothing was damaged. The cushions were in a airtight bag. Seats are very comfortable. We love our chairs and got it on clearance. The cushions were in airtight bags. The only thing that needed assembling were the arm rest. The first time we assembled the chair we couldn’t figure out how to release one of the cushion that was pinned inside the frame. The instruction wasn’t clear. What we ended up doing was used the manual pull tab for the foot rest and it opened up the foot rest area which helped release the cushion that was pinned in it. Assembling wasn’t hard. I managed to assemble the other chair on my own. It was just a matter of putting the cushions in place and securing it by aligning the Velcros. The massager and heat feature is definitely a plus, the phone charging capability and the double cup holders. One thing my husband noticed is that the back rest is slightly reclined once he he chairs were assembled. It cannot be adjusted. My complain is, being by 5 feet tall, I struggle closing the foot rest with my feet. I wish, instead of a pulley, that it has a lever to the side of my the chair to close the footrest. It would make things easier for those who are short like me. Overall, great buy. We love our rocking chairs!

Easy to assemble. Love the heat and massage features! Very comfortable. Even has a USB charging port! Very pleased with the recliner. The only “issue” was that it ships in two boxes. The logistics only give information on one box. The company was very quick to confirm and send additional tracking information. The delivery time was excellent as well.

We read the reviews on this chair before we made our purchase and still bought 2. They were on sale at the time, so we paid $210.00 each. Now, here’s our review: YES, when the boxes arrived on our front porch, we were apprehensive, how could a full-sized chair fit in THAT box??? And yes, the boxes showed wear and tear from having been shipped over the ocean from China. So, we were understandably nervous about damage to the product inside. But vacuum packaging is a modern miracle I guess, because there was, in fact, a full-sized chair inside that box (careful, that box IS heavy). Now to assembly – the instructions should give you a giggle, and you’ll have to use a little deductive reasoning to work out the English translation, but it is possible to build these things yourself (second person recommended). Please note that the instructions are in the little parts box wedged into the chair base – be careful accessing this box because if you damage the vacuum seal on the cushion wedge in there too – getting that out is akin to birthing a calf. We did significantly better assembling our second chair. All right, now we’ve had these chairs an entire week as of writing this review, and its been a challenging week – huge deadlines at work, a neck and should injury, sciatica – these chairs have seen a lot of use. YES, the “message” feature is just vibrations, albeit with nice variations to mix it up, but it isn’t a Shiatsu chair – but hey, $200 recliner . . . so . . . Alright, to address the size of the chair – I’m not sure what other people expected from a chair in this price range, but I’m a 5’8” woman over 200lbs and I fit in the chair nicely – sometimes I even pull my Belgian Malinois up with me, and at least 2 of my cats sit with me at any given time. AND to my favorite part of this chair – the compartments – now we have a pitbull puppy that thinks EVERYTHING belongs in his mouth. For 10 months I’ve had to keep my TV Remote put up on the fireplace mantle so that he wouldn’t eat it – he’s eaten 2. Not anymore, my remote tucks perfectly away into one of those little pockets on the front of the chair. So does my cell phone, AND now I can charge my cell phone right there, while I’m using it and the chair without a lot of extra cords thanks to the USB charge port on the chair controller. Even my back scratcher is back by my side thanks to the side pockets on this chair. All in all, I think we made a good purchase. If we’d had more money to invest into a pair of recliners then sure, we could’ve probably bought some big fluffy overstuffed pair of chairs with features that felt more luxurious – but honestly, these fit really nice into our space, and we didn’t break the bank buying them. And we’ve YET to fall out of them. TL;DR: Good chairs for the price, YES, it fits a full sized human being, perfect for people on a budget, have fun assembling

i didn't realize we had to put it together which took quite a while! i like the chair except I have trouble getting the foot rest down. but i like the massage feature it rocks nice I just feel the chair could be mostly put together when shipped or least advice people before they purchase it! I don't know if i would have purchased it knowing that

This recliner was supposed to be gray, and I received a brown one putting it together was easy although I thought since it was vacuum sealed that the parts would expand to become fluffy and they are not. They are still kind of flat and the arms are hollow just not happy with the appearance or the materials. I like the actual material my dog can jump on it and I don't have to worry about them tearing a hole in it. The heat and massage works great.

I live out in the country and was not home for 3 days when chair was finally delivered. My account kept telling me for several days it was out for delivery but it it really wasn’t. When we returned home this is what we found outside our front door. The box was damaged and did I mention that it had rained. My only option is for me to get my money back. I want a new chair and I’m not going to pay to have it shipped back. We live about an hour from a Walmart so taking it back would be an inconvenience let alone a 70 year old couple trying to load it in a truck. Very disappointed in Walmart. What happened to good old customer service where in most instances the customer is always right!

This has been a horrible experience. First the recliner arrived late . Originally was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday then Friday. Delivered with missing arm brackets and then Walmart customer service via chat tried to gaslight me , lied to me. Refused a refund, wouldn’t or couldn’t send the arm brackets either . So I paid over $300.00 for a broken recliner

I am still waiting to hear back from Jonpony / Walmart about what they are going to do with this chair. The recliner came without sides! They ( Walmart )are supposedly waiting to hear back from the 3rd party ( Jonpony ) weather they are going to send parts that are missing, or a whole NEW recliner! To me it’s a no brainer. Send a NEW ONE and take back the one with missing parts. Also there were no instructions! So when it comes ( VACUUM) sealed … and a few bolts , how do I know if all the parts are there. This chair is for my 84 year old mother! Seriously what’s the issue!

Want to return item. There is a problem with assembly. I’ve contacted Angie, who assembled the chair ain’t got nowhere. I tried to file a claim and they told me to contact the manufacturer because it’s under warranty. I’ve looked online with Walmart and cannot figure out how I can speak to someone about this chair. I purchased extended warranty. I purchased delivery I purchased assembly. I live alone and I’m 77 years old and I cannot pick up the chair and bring it anywhere. Any recommendations? How can u return item?
