Very nice and comfortable chair. Came in super fast! Comes in 2 packages and not the same day. Kinda scared me at first but they both came in. Reclines, super soft material, swivels, heats and massages. Would highly recommend.

Chair is not What was expected comfortable but not as firm %26 fluffy as picture shows leg piece sticks out thats to noticeable instead of blending in the massager is the only reason im satisfied with product i think this item could be less expensive for what I recieved

Very hard to get replacement part for a pice that got lost through a hole in the box during shipping. Walmart said to talk to Jonpony and Jonpony said to talk to Walmart. In the end I bought my own that took forever to get here but also while waiting for the ones. Purchased to come Jonpony finally said they would send me a replacement part but not till after their Chinese festival thing that last from middle of February though sometime in March. So super inconvenient but chair is cool.

Blow mold openings and holes for screws not punched and or trimmed properly. Vinyl Has white lines where vinyl was stuffed and or folded into mechanism and box

I received the chair, took it out. The package went to assemble it. They were broken, screw, falling off the chair as I was flipping it over to install the rest of the parts then noticed the school is falling off the bottom of the chair meaning that whether the handle brought the box i received the chair, took it out. Comes in two boxes not back of chair and bottom of chair it’s a metal frame in one box and pieces in the other box. So I call it build a chair!! Not funny!!anyone else get this? I can’t even find a video showing how to put together!!

It fell apart

The chair came broken. The screws were stripped. The cushions were suction so tight and stuff in between the chair we couldn't get it out returning it as soon as possible.

the handle that you pop the foot rest out with is down the side, inside of that chair so when you go to try to put your hand in there it hurts your knuckles you can barely even pull it because it's tight in there. my 6-year-old granddaughter has to put her hand in there and pull it out for me because my hand can barely reach it the worst thing they've ever come out with
