The paints are great but some seals are blown and a little paint leaked here and there - just a little from a few of the bottles. Not a cause for return. The paints are beautiful colors and the brushes are good quality for children. The whole kit is good for several fun rainy afternoons of your kids and a couple neighbors' kids getting together and painting their favorite animals or finger painting or making handprints for grandparents or just using their imaginations! Lots of fun to be had!

Dried too fast. Doesn't easily slide on paper.

I was super excited about this kit for the value, but ended up disappointed after the first use. I purchased it since I homeschool and I love that it came with brushes, palettes, and a little bowl for water. That being said, the paint was not very opaque. It didn't build well at all and I ended up needing a ton of paint just to get minimal coverage. Unfortunately I think that I would rather spend a bit more money to get better quality paints. Attached is a picture that we painted with these paints and you can see how the color didn't cover the paper well. Even with trying to build the color up it was very inconsistent.
