this runs very very very big I bought it for my 5-year-old granddaughter she swims in it it fits me that's how big it is. so I ordered a toddler size

My grandson loves it but there is a substance on the inside of one of the sleeves that is very hard and scratches him

Very oversized and opening the package it gives me a warning about the material, I do not put my grandchildren in anything that might be harmful to them!
