Missing Parts
It didn't come with all the bolts to assemble. The brakes aren't working right. It's a Christmas gift and now I don't know what to do. The box did have a hole and was slightly opened, so maybe fell out. I can see if I still have box to take pics.

Brake system poor
One of the hand brakes fell off after riding only a few times. The brake system as a whole is poor. No response from the seller. Back to the bike shop for repair. Don't buy.

Don't waste your time or money
This was a gift for my son from Santa. Shipping was delayed and then once it came it was the wrong colors. I went back and forth with customer service who was not helpful.
