As I age I needed something to feel safer, this fit the bill 100%. Easy to assemble lthe hand rails %26 work table. I still have 3 projects to use it for so, I have it out of the way until I finish the 3. The cats are having a grand time with it until then. They are getting a lot of needed exercise. LOL. I am so happy I got this.

Easy to put together. Feels very sturdy, especially like the handrails. The only thing that would make it better would be if the handrails folded down when storing.

It's advertised as fully assembled. Assembly is required. The handrails and paint tray need to be attached with the included hardware.

I'd like to point out that this ladder is definitely worth purchasing with one caveat. If you are over 300 pounds, be extra careful as the legs may buckle at the lower step joints. I purchased this ladder, so a friend who is built like a brick house wouldn't have to worry about testing gravity. Specications state 800 pound limit. Long story short, he tested gravity. Ladder was able to be bent back in place and fixed, but he no longer feels comfortable.

I bought this ladder for my son. He got on it to change a light bulb and it bent really bad. It is rated for 800 pounds. My son weighs right at 300 pounds! This is false advertisement. I want a refund!

when I put it together one side is longer than the other side. I would like a new one.

The package is cracked open and damaged. Parts of the ladder are sticking out of the box and appear to have been previously used.
