Delivery came next day. No damage to exterior packaging/box or freezer itself. The door seal is very tight and it’s quiet. I have it in my home office and it blends nicely with the decor. Doesn’t make a lot of noise while I’m working. I was apprehensive to purchase with the reviews about damage and inability to return easily, but for the low price and the quick delivery, I took the chance and happy I did.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about mine came without a scratch, dent or even a blemish no dents nothing -turned it on and it was a very short time later that it froze a bottle of water so I knew it was ready…. very happy with this freezer!

This Frigidaire freezer is perfect for me. I've been wanting a second freezer for ages since the one in my fridge is so small and I rent not own. My kitchen is not very big but has a door that leads to a garage so I put it there and I have to say I am very impressed! I love that its upright with 6 shelves inside to keep frozen good organized and easily accessible. I definitely prefer this over a deep freezer where you have to take things out to get something at the bottom...no thanks lol. After it was delivered I unboxed it and had to peel off all of the clear shrink wrap they put around it during packaging. The only assembly it really needed was the hinges for the door if you wanted to reverse it. Other than that the wheels were on, shelves where in. I took some tape off the shelves they used to hold them in place during shipping, plugged it in and was able to store frozen food in 2 hours. I hope this review helps with your purchase decision! You cannot beat the price and the space you will get.

I'm very happy with the unit. I have it sitting on a slick ceramic tile floor and the door seals so tightly that I have to put my left hand on the upper corner to hold thew umit from sliding when I open the door. I can't complain, a well sealed door is a plus. I plan to put rubber pads under the feet to prevent sliding. Also I think I can turn up the temperature - the coldest setting is colder than I need.

I read the reviews prior to buying. A lot of people mentioned damaged when they received it. Mine didn't have damage mine was delivered within 2 days of me ordering it so didn't have a lot of Transport time so I'm assuming that made a difference. It's summertime I have the controller set on one. The freezer is on my deck and keeping items frozen. For the size and the cost it fits me perfectly.

My One star review, is completely based off of Delivery. The delivery driver placed the deep freezer outside of the apartment building. I contacted the Driver and requested that he deliver it to the actual apartment, since he has a hand truck and the recipient just had surgery, and he told me the app he uses to make deliveries says " I don't have to deliver to the apartment, leave outside and take a picture" I explained to him, the recipient just had surgery and doesn't live outside and there's an apartment number with that address. I requested to speak to his supervisor and he said he owns the delivery company. I contacted Walmart to inform them of what happened, and Walmart denied my request for a refund stating the photo the driver took leaving the deep freezer outside is proof of delivery. Now I'm being forced to pay for an item that was never received. By the time I was able to find someone to get the freezer to bring it inside, someone had already stolen it.

This has been the worst return experience I’ve ever had with Walmart. The freezer arrived damaged and its in-store return only, so I followed the app instructions and carried this heavy item back to the store by myself. When I got there, the store told me their system couldn’t process the return because the return code didn’t work. They told me to call customer service. Then the phone agent told me to just leave the freezer there, so I did exactly that. The next day, I got an email from Walmart saying the item “was not returned,” even though I had already physically dropped it off at the store as instructed. The next day, Walmart’s app showed “Refund complete,” but I still received another email saying I “did not return the item” and needed proof IN THEIR SYSTEM! The online system, the phone agents, and the store all give different instructions, and the customer is left dealing with the mess. This has cost me so much time, stress, and unnecessary frustration. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t buy this item.

do not buy this item it might have great reviews but it's horrible it only lasted 5 months before it it went out and stopped working I lost all the food I had in there and to top it off supposedly there's a warranty on it and I'm been waiting months to get my money back for the item. the company is impossible to communicate with I just would not recommend

Arrived seriously damaged in shipping. Hinge top and bottom crushed. Door doesn't seal. Walmart Customer Service demands i return to local stores. I am a Disabled Senior! Walmart said battery is reason that they will not transport. Walmart shipped same item to me. SCAM! SENIORS AND DISABLED DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM WALMART!!!!!!!

The compressor was damaged and Wallmart refused to take it back, they insisted on going to the store and transferring it back by myself although I told them I have disability and I can't do that!!! And the manufacturer told me this issue should be resolved with Wallmart.
