This Frigidaire freezer is perfect for me. I've been wanting a second freezer for ages since the one in my fridge is so small and I rent not own. My kitchen is not very big but has a door that leads to a garage so I put it there and I have to say I am very impressed! I love that its upright with 6 shelves inside to keep frozen good organized and easily accessible. I definitely prefer this over a deep freezer where you have to take things out to get something at the bottom...no thanks lol. After it was delivered I unboxed it and had to peel off all of the clear shrink wrap they put around it during packaging. The only assembly it really needed was the hinges for the door if you wanted to reverse it. Other than that the wheels were on, shelves where in. I took some tape off the shelves they used to hold them in place during shipping, plugged it in and was able to store frozen food in 2 hours. I hope this review helps with your purchase decision! You cannot beat the price and the space you will get.

Delivery came next day. No damage to exterior packaging/box or freezer itself. The door seal is very tight and it’s quiet. I have it in my home office and it blends nicely with the decor. Doesn’t make a lot of noise while I’m working. I was apprehensive to purchase with the reviews about damage and inability to return easily, but for the low price and the quick delivery, I took the chance and happy I did.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this Upright Frigidaire Freezer after reading most of the reviews customers had experienced with their deliveries, they showed damages to their freezers. I was quite fortunate with my delivery; mine was perfect with zero damage. The freezer is working as described, and I highly recommend this product.

Run from this horrible.. worked for about two months and is now thawing out. The warranty is a way they are not standing behind the product at all as I am left with a mess and a total loss of money! I am going to the bedroom business bureau. This product was an absolute disappointment.!

Item arrived with scratches on sides, top, and front. Dents on areas and back portion and missing feet. Item looked used/refurnished. Contacted customer support told them the issue and offered to send pictures of the damage and apparent wear and tear on the item which they said not to worry. Then, I was told they would pick it up and drop off a replacement to wait 3-5 days and would get confirmation via email and phone call. Two days later, called in was told not to worry that everything was being processed. Spoke with third agent a week later and was then told that no such replacement had ever been started. Fourth agent reiterated nothing had been started and told me that they did not even have the option to do that and considering I had ordered it online because I do not own a vehicle large enough to drop off and considering the extent of the damage and it probably not even working (never tried due to extensive outer damage) that they would issue a refund and to contact Allstate since I purchased product protection to see if they could pick it up and replace with new one. They put in the order for refund and an hour later received a notification through email that a refund would be done once delivered to store, so that agent lied as well. Contacted yet again, was told they could pick it up and replace it, I then asked for a manager and voiced my concerns about this happening repeatedly then not receiving any information or contact and that I had been lied to repeatedly and it seemed as if they were just trying to wind down the clock for me to not be able to return it. Was told by this manager I would receive information via email on pickup and a phone call when pick up was in transit. I am still waiting... Do not bother buying this because once it is out of the manufacturers hands, Walmart will have their customer service reps lie and wash their hands of it and do everything in their power in order to take your money and not help you resolve the issue.

This has been the worst return experience I’ve ever had with Walmart. The freezer arrived damaged and its in-store return only, so I followed the app instructions and carried this heavy item back to the store by myself. When I got there, the store told me their system couldn’t process the return because the return code didn’t work. They told me to call customer service. Then the phone agent told me to just leave the freezer there, so I did exactly that. The next day, I got an email from Walmart saying the item “was not returned,” even though I had already physically dropped it off at the store as instructed. The next day, Walmart’s app showed “Refund complete,” but I still received another email saying I “did not return the item” and needed proof IN THEIR SYSTEM! The online system, the phone agents, and the store all give different instructions, and the customer is left dealing with the mess. This has cost me so much time, stress, and unnecessary frustration. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t buy this item.

The price for the freezer was great! It got very cold and fast. The problem is the freezer didn’t last for 30 days! The return policy is two days after delivery according to Walmart. The manufacturer told me I could take it to a Walmart and return it. I was told no by Walmart. Thank God I purchased the warranty. Allstate told me to return it to Walmart also. Walmart refused the return. Allstate refunded my money for an item I purchased less than 30 days ago and it no longer works.

My One star review, is completely based off of Delivery. The delivery driver placed the deep freezer outside of the apartment building. I contacted the Driver and requested that he deliver it to the actual apartment, since he has a hand truck and the recipient just had surgery, and he told me the app he uses to make deliveries says " I don't have to deliver to the apartment, leave outside and take a picture" I explained to him, the recipient just had surgery and doesn't live outside and there's an apartment number with that address. I requested to speak to his supervisor and he said he owns the delivery company. I contacted Walmart to inform them of what happened, and Walmart denied my request for a refund stating the photo the driver took leaving the deep freezer outside is proof of delivery. Now I'm being forced to pay for an item that was never received. By the time I was able to find someone to get the freezer to bring it inside, someone had already stolen it.

It came with a detached door. The freezer was broken and the box was badly damaged. I tried to get a refund, but they said I had to bring it to the store. It’s big and heavy — I couldn’t even lift it by myself. I asked them several times to arrange a pickup, but nothing has happened. Every time I called, the customer service kept changing their story (first they said FedEx would pick it up, then they said the delivery team would). It’s been more than two weeks, and I’ve called four times already, but still no action. Bad product — I don’t even know how they can sell something that’s already broken — and the worst customer service ever.

This freezer was damaged when it arrived. It had a noticeable dent on the corner and pulling back of the metal. I called Walmart and was told it was not eligible for return. I emailed and was told I would not be compensated. I then sent pictures of the damage and was told I would not receive any discount for the damage and that I could return it. I will be returning it. I don't think I should have to pay full price for damaged goods. There were just shelves in the freezer no storage baskets or compartments. It could be used for my purposes but Walmart's policy for damaged goods is unacceptable. I might as well buy a freezer from the scratch and dent than pay what I paid for new one.
