This little machine makes the best mini nuggets. It does take a while for it to get started, but after an hour, you have enough nuggets to enjoy. I ran it for a couple of hours in the morning to fill the box and shut it off. Nuggets last all day in the box. Great machine. Be patient when it starts, but soon enough, you have great ice. Recommend using gallon bottle drinking water.

I love the ice that comes from this machine - it is "the good ice" that is chewable. I use the machine about every other day, and I keep the extra ice in the fridge in water. Cleaning is very easy, and I make sure the machine stays dry and clean when not in use. The noise coming from the machine is not too bad either. The price was so much more affordable and I hope it continues to work well with proper maintenance.

This ice maker is amazing! I have the countertop bullet ice maker, but wanted a better chewy ice. I did follow the recommendation of letting it settle at least 12 hours before filling it with 40oz of filtered drinking water and plugging it in. The ice basket is not refrigerated and the ice will melt, however, the vent at the bottom makes it easier for the water to drain back into the water tank. Overall, great product for indoor use!

It is a great ice maker! The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you have to clear the ice out from where it drops in every so often so it will continue making ice. It’s just a swipe of the scoop to clear it but having to do it every time gets annoying.

It's a good little machine. A tiny bit noisy when processing ice. I just wish it didn't back up so easily. When I get up in the morning some (about half) of the ice is melted and backed up by the ice that was produced. It's great if you stay on top of it by knocking the little ice bits down when you walk by to clear the little production path. The ice itself is wonderful.

I’ve read reviews about machine being loud but as of now it’s very quiet. Yes the ice melts some in the storage bin but that’s to be expected it’s not an ice box. I empty bin a few times during process into a large freezer bag and place flat in freezer. Once it’s all frozen hard I drop it on kitchen counter and cubes separate and stay that way like when it originally comes out of maker. So other than be a little expensive I would definitely recommend this ice maker!

The ice maker worked fine for about 6 weeks and then I put it through a cleaning cycle. It hasn't worked since (1 week) even though I've tried everything the google suggests. I've taken the back off and cleaned the coils. Made sure the tubes were connected and nothing clogged. It takes the water up to the top, but doesn't take it to the cooling part so it just sits at the top doing nothing. It makes a loud clunking sound as the little ice cube pusher thing goes around in circles. I had to nudge it to get it going as it stopped. I liked it while it lasted...

This product begins, screaming and whining, and making loud noises grinding and would stop making ice. I would turn it off, unplug it plug it back in started again and the squealing noise would quit for a while, but it’s not made where it can withstand long periods of time making eyes before it just dies out and somethings mechanically wrong with it. I’m hoping even though I purchased an extended warranty on it now they’ve directed me to go back to the seller for the manufacturers warranty and I’m in the process of pursuing that I hope they do the right thing by me when it does work the ice is great. It cranks it out really fast and it’s very light dry nugget ice like sonic but a little large larger.

I received the icemaker April 8 2025 by October 3 2025 my ice maker started making a very load noise sounding like a lawnmower and it just stopped making ice . It work amazing while it worked but didn’t last me 6 months .

When I opened the box, which was very hard to even get the machine out of; The machine had thick black gunk coming out of it. Which I did not notice until I took the plastic bag off from around the machine. Very disappointing. Will be returning it to Walmart with no intention of repurchasing this particular machine. Will look elsewhere since it seems, even down to my groceries, Walmarts quality of merchandise has gone extremely downhill
