This ice maker is amazing! I have the countertop bullet ice maker, but wanted a better chewy ice. I did follow the recommendation of letting it settle at least 12 hours before filling it with 40oz of filtered drinking water and plugging it in. The ice basket is not refrigerated and the ice will melt, however, the vent at the bottom makes it easier for the water to drain back into the water tank. Overall, great product for indoor use!

This ice maker is the best purchase I’ve made in a long time! It works quickly, the ice is perfect, and my grandbabies absolutely love it. Easy to use, quiet, and so convenient. Highly recommend!

Well it serves its purpose and does what it’s suppose to do. I bought this around Black Friday as a birthday gift from me to me so the price was irresistible and I’m proud of my investment of my many home improvement appliances. FYI: For better taste and longer-lasting use, the nugget of ice tastes just like the ice you get from the hospital… I recommend you use distilled water ONLY to minimize the accumulation of minerals and dirt.

Product came damaged but I did not want to wait another week for another one so I kept it, it was just a small dent and it works. That’s the only reason I gave a 3 star, otherwise I love the machine. I did get a warranty so if something goes wrong with it at least I’m covered hopefully. I’ve only had it few days so maybe I’ll come back and update my review in a month.

I would not buy this ice maker again and have thought about returning it, but it does make ice quickly and it doesn’t melt it the holding basket. The only bad thing is it constantly gets clogged coming out of the ice shoot. So every time I walk past the machine I have to clear it. If you can look past that. It’s a nice little ice maker. A little noisy.

It takes too much water, and it takes too long to fill the ice bin. It also needs more drainage in the bin so that when the ice melts it has somewhere to go. And the smaller ice melts too fast in your cup.

Every few minutes you have to keep checking it so as the ice won’t get stuck. However it froze over and completely broke the wheel mechanism that turns and dispense the ice. And it’s only 4 months old. Ugh!

We’ve had this for a few months now. I would not recommend it. It makes ice just fine…..BUT….It has a major design flaw…the ice doesn’t drop straight down far enough. So, within minutes, after making about a cup of ice, it stacks up to where it comes out and won’t make anymore ice. So in other words, if you’re not home all day to break the ice stack down about every half hour, you won’t have more than a cup of ice made per day.

The ice remains wet so it won't fill up unless you are there to spread the ice around. If not, it will say it is full and will sit until the ice melts so you have to start over again. This ice machine sucks. I will or would ever recommend this ice machine to anyone.

The ice make only lasted a month and broke. It started getting louder by the day until it was so loud I thought it would next catch fire or explode! I even turned it off every night as I had nowhere to store steady ice making. The ice melted very quickly as there is no refrigeration system so if u do not pull the chips immediately they melt. There is only a few drain slats on one side of the ice holder so the melted ice builds up and causes ice rocks to form. Terrible product. Highly would not recommend. My last $50 ice maker worked a billion times better and lasted a year!
