I love it

Love it! Makes ice quickly as described. Noise: Slight whir, barely noticeable. Smoothies: Blend fruit first, then add ice. Nuggets: I make bags of ice and place them in the freezer. When needed, drop bag on the floor and nuggets fall apart. Haven't cleaned it yet. So far so good.

I absolutely love this ice machine! It is compact so it fits nicely in my small space. I was amazed at how quiet it is. It’s a low hum in the background. It makes ice fast. In 10 minutes I can fill my Stanley. Also, it doesn’t not put out near as much heat as the previous ice maker I owned. It also has the easy to use, self cleaning feature. Buy this machine! You won’t regret it!

Love this. Makes ice quickly, Compact %26 very neat, space saving. One of my favorite things to ever have. We’ve had undercounted ice maker, top counter ice maker, refrigerator ice maker, back to ice trays. This lil ice maker beats them all !!!

We are renting a home in Texas that the refrigerator there does not have an icemaker so my husband and my family want ice cubes or crushed ice and so that's why I ordered the ice nugget machine. Problem solved.

First make sure you run a clean cycle and at least 2 ice cycles. Make sure you put the plug on bottom in tight or it will leak all over. It's a pain having to put over a sink or bucket to drain. It takes longer to make ice than it says. Yeah it starts making us quickly but, it takes more than an houror 2 to make the whole batch. Blows out a lot of hot air. Only have it for a week. So far so good.

It melts too fast. You can’t put it in the freezer because it turns into one block of ice. You have to check it about every 20 minutes because it piles up and all the ice goes back into the shoot. Not a very good product. In my opinion. it’s a waste of money.

Looked great out of the box and it does make great nugget ice. The issue is that the shoot the ice comes out of does not force the ice into the bin and you are constantly stopping to brush the ice down so it will make more. With the ice stopping the machine thinks the bin is full when it is not. The bin never got full due to this so very little ice at one time. Returned to WM.

It takes about an hour to make one cup of ice. Also you cant walk away and let it do its thing because if you don't pay attention the ice dispenser area will become blocked and it will think the machine is full and stop producing ice. After about 4 hours of running I was able to transfer some to the freezer but it all clumped together because the ice starts melting almost immediately after its made.

Very poor design! Ice fills in a funnel shape and clogs the drop area, you have to move the ice around all the time to allow it to continue to drop. When the reservoir is empty to will need to remove the ice bucket to refill the water!
