This item arrived very fast and is a great size not too big. It works wonderfully. The only thing I would say is you have to take out the ice right away as it melts pretty fast and when you put it into the freezer you will have to break them a park with a knife because they all stick together. But I still like the product

Great counter top ice maker. Space saving design. Makes 9 cubes every six minutes. Decent for a family of 5 in the summer time. I would recommend buying the extended warranty. We have tried at least 5 different brands in the last 10 years. On average they last a little less than 2 years with constant heavy use

I would recommend this countertop icemaker to anyone who looking for one. It's perfect. It was dumping ice every seven and eight minutes excellent product

This is a gem of an ice maker. Perfect size for counter tops. Easy set up. Only need to clean out the areas that come in contact with ice. Fill the tank with water. We use filtered water. Place machine on a flat surface for 24hrs before using. Plug it in. Hit the power button. In about 7 min you have your first,few cubes. It takes about 1 hour to make about 2 gallons, 7 cubes every 7 min. It is fast but the quantity is small. Once you get use to it, you'll love it. Don't have to worry about where the water came from. I would definitely recommend it. Was delivered within 24hrs.

It is good. It freaked me out when it suddenly started making ice when we hadn't used any but the ice in the basket melted. I love it!! I do wish the full arrow was easier to see but works great!

this is very easy to use, very clean. if we dont use the ice we put it in a ziplok bag and put it in freezer for when we use our cooler. we love our ice maker

Its wonderful ,i love it.I make ice everyday. I share ice with my great grand babies.Each time i go get ice my puppy run to the machine to get him a piece.lol

For use in our basement it's fine, but the ice is rather wet as opposed to frozen solid. It's also a very small output. If you need large quantities of ice for a party, this is not the machine for you.

I'm not impressed with the ice machine. It definitely takes allot longer than 6 minutes to make ice. Mine takes 30 min. When it says it's done there's still an awful lot of water left in the bottom.
