Makes nugget ice, little squares. Takes a little bit to make ice. Use cold water, like from your fridge. I dumped a load of ice into ice bin halfway thru ice cycle to minimize melting. If you have issues with it freezing into clump, ice pick does the job of breaking it up. The machine has a little weight to it. Not a portable. All in all, love it.

This has to be the greatest ice maker we have seen and worked. We are able to put in the freezer and use this ice for our coolers for freezing. And keeping things cold. If I would have know what u know now I would have bought them for everyone of our adult kids and grandkids. The greatest machine we have gotten.

I'm hunting for the perfect home crunchy ice maker. This machine makes pretty good ice nuggets. Squarish, good crunch, they don't stick together in the cup, so you can tip the cup and get a few to chew. The machine is a bit larger and noisier than the others. The one thing I don't like is the tip out ice tray. When you tip the door open to scoop, if the tray is full, as you scoop ice gets knocked out of the machine onto the counter rather than back into the machine like other ice makers. Overall, this machine makes my second favorite pieces of ice of all of the machines I have tested.

The ice machine works great. It makes quite a bit of ice in a short period of time. It is easy to clean. The only drawback I have found is it is nosier than I had expected. Overall I wouldn’t definitely recommend.

The ice-maker does not hold the ice and keep it frozen. After it makes you have to use it immediately or put directly into the freezer. Which even then it freezes into a solid block of ice. The ice maker is loud also. We will be returning. It has a “back up” water tank but when you fill it water goes straight to below the ice bucket and not into the reservoir. The ice is tiny and exactly what we wanted but we would have liked for it to stay frozen while in the bucket.

Goodness, do not buy this ice maker. I am working on a return right now and hope I am not stuck with this. When unpacking this I was sure it had been used and after TRYING to use this I am 100% sure someone had returned it previously. It is awful! The ice melts immediately when you pour your drink over it. As soon as it is done making ice it starts turning into water and then all of it melts into the bottom dispenser. It is heavy and you have to find the very difficult plug on the bottom to empty or your counter gets soaked. And it is loud. I honestly wouldnt pay 10.00 for this. Go to the bad reviews and listen to them.

The ice maker started out working wonderfully. After having it for a bit it started making a screaming type sound (extremely loud). I reached out to customer service for this company to get support ( I was even still within the return window but had thrown away the box). They asked for the serial number, purchase number, and a video. I provided all of these things. Have emailed an additional 4 times. No response. It has now passed the return window (conveniently) and still no response. When it worked it was great and the price was great so if you're willing to gamble go for it but I've also read other reviews about the screaming noise and poor customer service.

Junk, bought in July and December it started making a horrible noise. Mold very bad. I bought the extended warranty, they say it’s still covered by the manufacturer. Haven’t been able to reach manufacturer. And Walmart says there is nothing they can do.

I’m so bummed, it takes like 4 hours to make ice and didn’t make much at all. My ice melt so fast when i put it with a drink for an iced drink. It didn’t even alarm me when the ice is done making, so it all melted and leaked out on my counter and floors! I would like my money refunded.

Bought this during the Black Friday sale. A few weeks later after saying shipment was delayed they canceled my order saying the product was out of stock. Went back to check and it was in stock but at a higher price. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from this company.
