This ice maker will pay for itself within a month. I wasn't sure it was working at first, it's pretty quiet and it has a little delay. I just let it sit overnight (in case it got jostled around in shipping) turned it on and filled it with distilled water then went about my chores. I make a couple bags of ice and put it in the freezer and I like that you can set the thickness of the ice.

Easy to use and makes a lot of ice cubes. It's just like a mini hotel ice machine you'd find down the hall! Great flash deal. I'm glad I bought it.

Had to replace my ice maker and saw that this one made thick squares and has a tank to put the water in. I absolutely love it.

I had the Euomy version of the same ice maker and LOVED it. I was hesitant to buy another brand but the price was so good on this one I decided to take the chance. I was THRILLED to learn that this one is actually made by Eumoy as I confirmed because the user manual states the Euomy website as the place to go for service. This ice maker makes the best ice of the 3 types (bullet/nugget/cubes). Yes, the cubes are dispensed in rectangular bars of cubes but they're easy to break apart (I keep an ice pick next to the unit) and it keeps them from melting near as fast. The size of cubes you make has 6 adjustments and I use the largest at level 6, again to keep them frozen longer. I use a 3 gallon jug to dispense water so I'm not constantly refilling manually. I've had 6-7 countertop ice makers and this one is far and away the best in every category!

Poor product- produced wet, soft, tiny cubes that started melting immediately. Had to babysit the machine during the process because every time one serving of cubes popped out they had to immediately go into the freezer.

This machine produces sheets of ice like a Hersheys chocolate bar. Not cubes. They all have to be broken up with a sledgehammer I've adjusted everything from one end to another. All the pictures in the description show cubes. That's why I bought it. If it showed sheets I would've passed.

Takes to long to make ice not worth the money. I thought more expensive the better the machine not true! I have to ask my sister on what she bought less than 100.00 I just need to know a brand.I return one earlier was better then this one. Quicker and cheaper better ice cube. Email is not correct

Instructions are very vague. The unit is very complicated to operate. I've had ice makers for years. This one makes slap ice. Must be broken up to fit into a glass or thermos. Very inconvenient. The customer service number is manned by people who speak extremely bad English. It took 7 tries to talk to the first agent.

It makes blocks of ice and not cubes. The ice is difficult to get out of it with the scoop
