Excellent ice! Perfect size to munch and crunch on all day. I use it at work and it keeps up production for the office employees that use it. It takes 2 16.9 water bottles to fill to max line. I also like the self cleaning feature.

Got this in the mail today. Easy to set up. Finally got the nugget ice maker that I wanted for so long. Love this ice maker. No more waiting over night to make ice cubes.

I had an ice maker before, it was NOT as good. This has a drain at the bottom, so you don't have to lift it and flip it to clean. I like the smaller sized ice, and I am an ice cruncher. If I can get the rest of the family to fill this, besides me, I see a happy mom!

my sister got this ice maker for her birthday and it, I sampled this ice with a Pepsi poured over it and bought one the next day, it's quiet and starts making ice in less than 10 minutes I love it!

This ice machine is just the right size to fit on my limited counter space. It makes great nugget ice and makes it quickly. I prefer it fresh out of the machine, but I use a lot of ice, so I freeze it to make sure I have enough. I am very satisfied with this ice machine.

It works great, keeps up with 4 people needing ice. Easy to set up and use. It makes great nugget ice.

I’d hoped to use this in my classroom this year - I like iced water while teaching. Unfortunately the machine is way too loud as it operates. The ice production isn’t loud, just the actual operating of the machine. It’s also not quite like Sonic ice.

This description said it was quiet but it was so incredibly loud! I jumped whenever it started! It was easy to set up and quick to make ice. The ice melts and goes back to the reservoir which is helpful and the nugget ice is a perfect size. I love everything about it except the noise. I had to return it because of the loudness.

This ice machine is on the small size. The 1st I noticed was scooping the ice out with the scooper was difficult and you had to in a really space with you had all crooked. I am female and guys wouldn't be able at all. A huge inconvenience really. 2nd is that because the bin they fall in is so small you have to fill it very often. The bin seems to be for 6 or few more scoops which to me did not but fill up two 20 or 30oz glasses. That is not much use at 1 time. I base this on my other ice machine that has the motor that stopped. I find that one so much better and I had used it daily and not with this issues I have found. I have had for only a few days so I can't comment some other issues you may run into.
