i sent this as a gift to my son,he loves it but i was going for something bigger for him, just wish it was bigger but he said he appreciate it, and it's more then what he had,so he's happy I'm happy.thanks

Not bad
The freezer appears to be a good item, but it was not what I expected. 5 ft.³ is not very large. Therefore, I returned to the item. There is not very much space for example a turkey or ham to fit in allowing for other products to also be stored frozen.

The body of this product arrived damaged!!!!
The body of this product was damaged upon arriving! The shipping company clearly doesn’t care how they handle their packages. Although cosmetic, this should never happen when people are paying so much for this product. These are sold everywhere so don’t buy this one because it will probably be from the same company which will probably use the same shipping/delivery service! I plugged this in to make sure it is working properly before I request a refund/exchange

not good for business
this company will not stand behind anything they sale and walmart will not enter i returned this for a refund they received the freeze on 1/5/25 and walmart keeps giving me the run around so i get im out 195.00 dont mess with this company or online orders from walmart

Disappointed
They sent me the wrong one, I ordered a 5cuft deep freezer and the one that I got was wayyyyy smaller. Tried to return it to Walmart but I was told that it came from a third party so I couldn't return it to Walmart. So now I'm stuck with a freezer that's toooo small.

i ordered a 10 cu foot and they sent me a 4.2 like i was dumb and wouldnt know. having issues getting my 400 in money. worst experience and do not go through what i am going through now.

Received this freezer, followed the direction with plugging it in. The next morning the freezer was running hot. The delivery was perfect but the product was not. Guess I'll stick with the usual name brand

I wrote to Walmart no one have responded to my message from Walmart . I want to return the item it's still in the box... never been opened but it's to small for my mother..
