TV Stand Furniture Assembly

Quentin was great! He arrived on time, was well prepared, very friendly and professional...just a joy to have around. He pretty much kept to himself unless we initiated a conversation, he was paying attention to what he was doing. Both my husband and I agreed that he was terrific!

Excellent given it came through Angi. He was on time as scheduled. Very professional %26 personable. He was organized %26 assembled the coffee %26 end table very well %26 checked to make sure it was done correctly, was stable %26 balanced. He cleaned up afterwards which I appreciated. His work etic is superior. Would suggest that Angi place him high in their contract tier %26 invest money to keep him as the returns on your investment will pay off. He is honest, listens carefully %26 treats people with politeness %26 respect. He was neat %26 clean in appearance . My experience was very pleasant in interacting with him.

Porting, it took her about an hour and a 1/2, and then the leg is busted, but Walmart will not replace a leg. They wanna refund the whole couch so I can be on the floor again. Because the delivery of this couch took too long and it was awful. How they talked to me and treat me and I'm the disabled one But Angie service, well, the girl who came to put the catch together was so cool. And when she heard that on the phone she was like what they don't replace any part of the couch, it has to be the whole couch and not even replace. Once again they have to come pick it up. I have to order another one and pray that that one don't come broken. So my disabled body has a place to sit.

The assembly could not be completed as there were some holes missing in the frame of the tv stand. The assembler said he would return the next day to manually “make” the holes and he never came back or returned my calls/texts and the tv stand remained unfinished.

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

ANGI has rouge handyman working for them. After the person named "Treshawn" left messages with me and I directed him to my husbands text %26 phone number, he proceeded to ask my husband to cancel our appointment with ANGI and that we could pay him directly instead, Of course we opted not to go that route therefore Treshawn canceled our scheduled service, ANGI needs to vet their workers better and Walmart maybe you all need to go through a different agency.

Assembly was good once he showed up!! But, this assembly was cancelled once and then didn't show when it was rescheduled. Finally, he showed up on the 3rd try! Not sure if it was always same person throughout or not. The customer service through Angi was absolutely WORTHLESS!! I've never been so upset with a service in my life. I would n't recommend Angi to my worst enemy!!

I bought a vanity on line I bought the angi service to put it together the guy came out said it was a way bigger job he was only getting 40 dollars so he said he canceled it and left it not put together in my living room I can't seem to get a real person on phone I am a older person not sure what I am supposed to do ! They refunded the amount I paid to have it put together ! I bought it because they said it was only 89 dollars to put together

The wall unit wasn't able to be put together, because the installer said he needed another person . So I'm left with parts out of the boxes laying everywhere in my dining area . This isn't anything against the guy who came out he said he did what he could as one person . I paid an installation fee for nothing and I'm disappointed .
