Bed Frame Assembly

The guy who assembled my queen sized floating bed frame was very friendly and even set up my new mattress as well after he was done, and he left me the instructions, which i didnt have to begin with and the guy got my bed together, he definitely deserves a raise or a bonus

Through Walmart Plus,I bought a bed and assembly.Angi canceled twice and on third scheduling canceled again saying they didn't have anyone in the area that could do it and would refund my money. If I'd known this, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old bed for a bed I'm physically unable to put together. To top it off, I also ordered a new mattress. I NEED HELP 😫 Why did Angi take my order than have me wait for them 3 times before saying they couldn't help 😒 Now, I'm still sleeping on my couch with a heavy bed in a box that I physically CANNOT put together and a new mattress that does me no good without the bed. I don't think I will DEPEND on Any assembly again 😕 I'm So SORRY I feel that way, 😢 but I thought this was a sure deal when I ordered all this stuff. I would have never ordered it if I'd known!! no one assumed the bed frames i purchased. i was waiting for them to confirm the date. i would like a refund for the assembly i paid for ahead of time. i had to work and i could not get time to be here when the person that was going to put the bed frames together.

They did a horrible job assembling the bed. It was all wrong and I had to take it all apart and reassemble it myself. I would not recommend the extra pay for them to assemble it. I also called and sent an email to get a reimbursement and they never answered me.

This bed is very sturdy and works as described. I am very happy with this purchase. I looked at a lot of adjustable beds before deciding on this one and I made a excellent choice. There are USB ports on both sides of the bed. The massage feature works great just a overall great purchase.

The bed was dropped off across the street from my house. No one notified me that the delivery date for the bed had been changed AGAIN to today until well after it was left at the wrong address. I paid for the installation service that I did not receive. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my bed from the post office. WHY WOULD YOUR DRIVER THINK THAT THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO? If your driver left it at a neighbors house and I get ripped off for the bed, thetes going to be helm to pay. There is no excuse for such thoughtlessness.

I was not able to use angi for this service bc we had to cancel the order. the wm app switched our delivery address... maybe I entered it incorrectly?... something. the order was having it sent to my address and it was supposed to go to my mom's. however, I gave them 5 stars bc I've used their services before and the contractors they allow have always been great in my book. if Walmart trusts them, I will continue to trust them.

let's say you want them to come clean your house and it's going to cost you $350. you think you are going to get $350:worth of cleaning but actually the only pay the cleaner $80 who has to bring their own cleaning supplies. pay for the gas to get there and then out of that $350 they get $80 so of course they will be only doing $80 worth of cleaning. Angi pockets the rest. THEY SCAM THE WORKERS AND THE CUSTOMERS

The bed frame was fine. The assembly person never showed up. I had to call them 3 times and they were not helpful at all. I paid $72 to have it assembled and still waiting for a refund. Walmart wasn't helpful at all either. They offer it when you buy the merchandise but that's it. "it's not their problem if another company doesn't show up".

Set-up of our Sven %26 Son bed set was rescheduled twice to where we would be waiting a week for it to be done. We'd already had our prior bed set hauled away. We found out after buying that it would be a local Angi contractor arranged by Walmart. We decided we would just do it ourselves and the set-up really wasn't that difficult. Then had to cancel the contractor ourselves and have our $72 fee refunded. It took 10 days to have it refunded but they did agree to it. I can't recommend the installation add-on unfortunately but we're happy with our overall existing with Walmart.
