Mattress Haul Away & Disposal

Very disappointing customer service! I paid for a mattress removal service and realized my contact information was incorrect. I immediately messaged the company with my updated information, but I have yet to receive a response and nobody has gotten back to me. Meanwhile, I still have a mattress sitting in my home that I paid to have removed. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a service and then be completely ignored when you need assistance. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I went into details about the epic failure of the Angi mediated disposal in my mattress review (not knowing that I would have a chance to review that separately). In a nutshell, the mattress was delivered on Friday and not picked up for disposal until Thursday of the next week - all due to Angi handling all communication between you and your "pro" they assigned.

Mattress was not removed. Individual who was supposed to come get item did not call or text to let us know he was coming. I had to find out he had already came and went via email. Now I am out $88 and will have to spend more money to get the mattress removed. Additionally, the individual marked that he had completed the job. Completely dissatisfied.

Angli List contractor had 3 changes of names for installation %26 removal. Perhaps the $88 dollars was too low for labor %26 deposal. My Senior Living, in-house maintaince team came to my apartment remove the old mattess, install at no cost, although the haul away was $178USD.

This was by far the worst experience of my life as far as deliveries go! This guy called me 2 days later and threatened me because he picked it up to 2 days earlier and the company didn't know so they cancelled the pickup and he didn't get paid but apparently he didn't work for them at all! His boss did but she didn't want to pick it up so she gave the job to him! You can't make this up!

I wish I could give them zero stars! I called Walmart and told them the problem and they made excuses for not changing it. I called back the next day to speak with manager and was told it was Already it just ship and could not take this back till it was after delivery then to print off a barcode n take it to fed EX. I received No bare code to print off and only gave me until Tuesday till the end of Wednesday to get it done. It was not delivered till last afternoon/evening.

Nobody showed up to take my mattress. i paid $88 for a pick up that never happened. Then i had to pay someone else $75 to take it. So a total of $163. Will not use them again.

How could I review somebody who did not even come to my house to remove my mattress?Why are they having a review when no one came to pick up my mattress and shown me a picture of a mattress look where my mattress is

Didnt deserve 1 star. This was a complete scam as for as Im concerned. I didn't check the box for this service, why would I when I don't even have a mattress for them to haul off. I consider this a big rip off and will warn everyone about this company.

Had to help load the mattress and carry it out. The point of paying for haul away was so I didn't have to do it. Kinda ridiculous that I paid $88 and had to load it. My husband was hospitalized last week which is exactly why we paid for the haul away yet I had to help the company get it lifted onto the van and removed from my home.
