WANAI 3.5 Cu.ft Fridge with Freezer 2 Door Compact Refrigerator Adjustable Thermostat Silver New

I was looking for a 2 door mini fridge with a freezer for my office at work. I actually did an internet search and this one was recommended in the top three as a good quality appliance. It arrived packaged well and damage free. It is very roomy so that I can store drinks, frozen meals, fruit, and other items for lunchtime.

It's really nice and compact refrigerator. Unfortunately, my refrigerator came with a scratch on the freezer. Other than that it is really cute and fits in my work office. The freezer works properly in the refrigerator has been keeping my food at proper temperature

I'm in love with my beautiful refrigerator/freezer. I don't know what to do because I don't want to give it up. The front door has a dent very noticeable. Facing the refrigerator is another dent on the side. There is a white sticker on both sides near middle/sides. The package was sealed so it didn't happen in route here. It runs well . Who can repair this. HELP!!!!

After removing the mini-fridge from the box, we found dents on both sides of it. Not satisfied with the packing and shipping of this order. We paid a lot of money not to have it damaged. We also have pictures of the dents. The fridge was only wrapped in a plastic bag. No Styrofoam to cushion it in the box. I feel that I should be discounted on this item, as I will not be able to return it because my daughter needs it.

Fed Ex said they delivered the mini fridge. It did not arrive. The photo from fed ex shows the fridge sitting on cement - up side down. There is nothing in the photo that identifies where it is. It’s been a week and I finally had to cancel my payment since I couldn’t get help from the selling company in locating the fridge or verifying the shipping %23 through fed ex. Fed Ex won’t even work with me since nobody has provided a shipping code. I give up. if I could’ve given a rating of -10, I would have, unfortunately you can’t give a rating lower than a one and still write a response

Almost a bad decision on everyone’s part. Delivered UP-SIDE-DOWN. How many of you would know not to turn a refrigerator up side down? Well if you merely read the box everyone would know. By the way, the delivery man delivered it to the front door Up-Side-Down as seen in the Walmart notice of delivery. The top of the refrigerator was bashed in due to less than poor packaging practices of not protecting the tops of things being shipped. I also have my ring camera video showing the up-side-down refrigerator inside of the delivery truck. Besides that,,, how was your day?

super cute but door handles wont stay on, the freezer door wont shut properly. i tried to contact aupport but they told me to remove the seal and reapply it and when i did it made it worse. im returning it. didnt even get a chance to use it. only good thing was i really loved the color. thats about all it had going for it.

Super cute fridge but my happiness quickly turned to disappointment. This is more a review of the customer service of Wanai that the product. The fridge had two small dents on the lower door and a huge dent on a top corner. I immediately reached out asking for support. Over the next week, i received nightly emails from "will you keep it for $** to please return but you will only receive $50 back. It was damaged in transition, which I pointed out to them that it wasn't, the box was perfect. The damage happened before shipping. The response was that I didn't know what I was talking about. I would have worked with them to keep it at a lower price and order something else but their last response did me in. I will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware!

I had to reorder this item due to a few defects on the outside of it. The replacement one has minor defects on the top as well. I did not have time to return the second one due to my travel schedule. When I returned and tried to use it I was very disappointed to find this mini refrigerator is very small on the inside. It is not designed to hold cans over 5” long in the compartment designed to store them. You cannot put anything over 3” wide in the door compartment… It is overall too small on the inside and does not meet my needs. I would like to return it and look one that will suit my needs better.
