I like the Loc feature. If there are kids in the house and the timer alerts, the door can't be opened until it is unlocked. The interior is much larger than the previous microwave I had. I like the timer sounding 5 times to let me know the food is ready to be removed from inside. It just looks more professional than the previous one I had. Highly recommend!!!!
I loved the fact the microwave came with an instruction pamphlet. The ease of use was a big plus and the option to do 1-6 minutes by clicking one button was a huge plus. Getting used to the child protection lock button. All in all just what I was looking for in a microwave. However, there are no children in my home, is there a way to disable the safety lock for child protection?
So far so good. I have used it several times and found it worked great. It is smaller than I thought it would be. In my opinion it is not a problem regarding the size.
It was time for a microwave upgrade and I'm so glad I purchased this Midea microwave. It's high quality and really effective in heating up food quickly for me and my toddler :). The 1.1 size is perfect and can accommodate larger plates and portions.
The best thing about this microwave is that you can turn off the annoying ding ding ding microwaves make when the time is up. That bell is not necessary and just drove me nuts! I know I put my food in for two minutes, I don't need a bell to harass me that the time is up. You can turn the bell back on anytime you want but I'm just enjoying the sweet silence. Thank you!
Excellent size for counter top %26 microwaveable foods. I choose the 1000 watt size so I don't need to add more time since most everything I heat up is a minute cook time.
I ordered one and it was faulty, turntable noisy, rattled and extreme heat on top right of micro. I returned it and got another one , it is working fine and happy 😃 with it. Keep our fingers cross it does well. Have a Blessed Wonderful Day.
We purchase this because we had just bought a freezer from the same manufacture. We figured it would be good. I like it . I wish the door wasn't so light wt. It doesn't seem to me that it will last as long as i would want. We needed one and the price seemed to fit our pocketbook I do with the time wasn't so bright on the display. They could have dulled it a tad. I don't cook with it. It is used for reheating and warming. I don't really like the plate button. I think it will get warn out. Time will tell. Our last Microwave last over 13 years lets see on this one. We bought this online and never had a chance to see it in person. Its a fairly new brand. We did by a upright freezer that seemed to be made well. This was a good price for a fixed price income
I like everything about this except for the auto lock feature. As a senior with no minor children, I don't need any child safety features.
I was hoping the cost would mean this was a guaranteed great microwave!! But when it arrived, I went to do the microwave test on a cup of water and watched as the light came on, but the cup didn't rotate. I figured I'd have to fix the rotation device somehow. Then, of course, the microwave beeped at the end of the test minute and i needed to check if the water was hot. I felt for steam and put my hand in the water when it wasn't warmed with steam just to find out the water was as cold as it was when i poured it into the cup. I hope anyone else who gets one of these models receives a working microwave
