Keurig K-Express Essentials Plus, Iced and Hot Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker, Black

This is a slimmed down version of another model Keurig I have and it fits perfectly in a smaller space. This model is easy to clean. The grid on the drip tray is removable for easy cleaning as well as to allow a taller cup to fit. The entire drip tray also comes off easily for cleaning. There is also an indicator light to tell you when it is time to descale the unit. The water resevoir can be filled by simply dumping a cup of water into it, or remove it to fill up. The power cord is a little short but, surprisingly, the instructions say you can use an approved extension cord - highly unusual for an appliance like this. It also came with a QR code which I scanned to register and got 50 percent off my first order from Keurig. I ordered their Advent calendar so I could try a new flavor of Keurig pod every day for 24 days. Thanks Keurig!

I was debating if getting a new coffee maker with an ice feature would be worth the money since I hate hot coffee. It went on sale so I splurged and I wish I would have sooner! Apparently I’ve been drinking super watered down coffee because the amount of flavor using this machine is INSANE. I was never really impressed with any kcup flavor but now I see why. I will definitely recommend this to every iced coffee drinker I know.

I bought this when it was on sale for $35. I wouldn’t buy it at full price. It’s great for the price. We’ve gone through so many coffee makers and after a year they usually crap out. We’ve been using this for a few weeks with only purified water from gallons we buy at Walmart and it has worked well. It’s super easy, only makes how much you want. I would suggest high quality K-Cups because I was using the r great value and Aldi ones and the coffee just wasn’t strong. My favorite is Cafe Bustelo but I also love my coffee black and strong!

I purchased a black Keurig after my last one died after eight years of constant use, I purchased this one because of its size and multiple functions upon opening. I quickly realized, even though on the website states that it comes with a Tumblr it did not. I contacted Keurig directly, and I sent them screenshots from the website stating that it was supposed to come with a Tumblr. They quickly rectified the issue and apologized for the inconvenience and ship me out one. Come to find out that only some colors the Tumblr was included. Evidently the black is not one of them or they forgot to put one in for the majority of the shipment upon packaging . Still a great buy so if you don’t receive one, I suggest you contact Keurig directly that was the reason for the removal of one star.

I’ve had this coffee maker for 1 week. As soon as I made my first cup of coffee I knew by looking it didn’t brew 10oz. I measured at it was 7 ounces. Every cup has been the same until this morning. It looked to be significantly less so I measured it and it was 4 ounces. I have only ever had a Keurig because I only drink about 2 cups a day. The first one I ever owned was the large bulky one and it lasted for years. When it died a year ago I bought another model and it died in just under a year. This is the model I found with the most positive reviews last week so I bought it. It’s definitely not worth the money, with it only brewing such a small amount of coffee each cup I can just imagine the other issues I will have. I will be returning it. I don’t recommend this model or any Keurig anymore. The original model isn’t the same quality I read, Keurig costs too much for this quality.

first of all, I got this as a replacement since my first one that lasted just over a year quit working. i decided to get this with the black Friday deal. i just received it and the tumbler that I know was there last time, wasn't included with this machine. I'm hoping it was a mistake from keurig and that this wasn't a return from someone else.. it's pretty disappointing to not receive everything i paid for. customer service offered refund after return. But trying to do an exchange doesn't guarantee it won't happen again. and returns are a hassle. plus, I have no way to get to a store, and I don't feel comfortable just leaving stuff outside my door with nosy neighbors. i really hope this machine hasn't been used and will last a while again... but there should be a warning or something stating that it may or may not include the tumbler. so people know what to expect or not expect... I know its just a stupid cup, but still...

This coffee maker is a piece of junk! I had a keurig previously that lasted me years. So I bought this one thinking it would do the same. Wrong!! It gets coffee grounds in EVERY single cup. I have tried everything to make it work right. Nope. If I had the box still I would take it back to Walmart but unfortuately for me I don't.

Ordered this because I was excited to be able to make iced coffee at home. Got it home and went to setup only to realize it doesn’t actually come with the tumbler to make iced coffee. I cannot figure out where to actually buy it to use the Keurig so very frustrating. Now I have to keep searching for a tumbler small enough to fit before I can even use. They shouldn’t be aloud to show pictures and describe the iced coffee function if it doesn’t even come with it. The instruction even say to use the tumbler but doesn’t give you one.

First of all the box came with a giant hole in it but the product did not seem to be damaged in appearance, so I plugged it in put water in the reservoir and tried to brew however, the machine keeps saying add water. I tried to troubleshoot didn't work. I finally figured out that we have to put heavy pressure on the reservoir in order for it to take water. This is crap. This isn't the first time that I've gotten crap from Walmart. Usually if I buy in store, it's good but most of the time when I buy online it's crap but the product did not seem to be damaged in appearance, so I plugged it in put water in the reservoir and tried to brew however, the machine keeps saying add water. I like the size and overall operation. However, the reservoir leaks and no matter what attempt I made to seat it properly it continued to leak when on the machine. Off machine it was fine but on machine while in use it leaked into the housing and onto the countertop. I think it would have quit working quickly. It’s too bad because I truly liked this Keurig.
