Frigidaire 7 cu. ft. Convertible Upright Fridge Freezer, Garage-Ready Compact Fridge/Freezer

I like the different features on this item, so far so good. I purchased a 3 year warranty just to be safe. I use this as a fast go to freezer ,I have not used it as a refrigerator.

It was very poor quality 4 shipping. It took a long time to get here, and then it had 2 very bad dents. One is in the front door. And all they gave me back was $25 off.

Totally shocked that we could have two dents and something we paid such a large sum of money to us, and having a very obvious dent on the front and on the back left-hand corner, quite a huge dent. It still works, but when you pay for something new there’s a difference between that and buying something on the scratch and dent area. There should be some sort of compensation.

We bought this fridge and it came with a large dent in it. We then were told we had to physically bring the fridge to the store to return it, even though it was damaged. We gave Walmart the benefit of the doubt and purchased another of the same fridge. That came with a larger dent and we were then forced to bring that one into the store to return as well. So we ended up with zero working fridges and two very heavy long trips to Walmart where they were argumentative about the return.

I am very disappointed in WALMART period. I ordered this freezer in December 2025. I came with cosmetic damage. I spoke to customer service and requested a supervisor. They put someone on that was supposed to be a supervisor. I told the problems to him and he said he could issue a $75 refund off the price of the freezer if I would keep it as it was running okay. I am sure there are notes on my account from when I called in. It has been 3 months and still no refund has been issued so I can only assume that the person I spoke with was not a supervisor and that I was scammed out of the $75 refund. i am a 79 yr old senior on a limited income. Shameful that Walmart would treat customers this way and I will not recommend purchased these things from Walmart. SHAME ON THEM!!!! iI am including pictures of the front door with a big gouge in it. When I opened the door-all shelves fell out because they were not secured inside. Last one is a picture of all the little plastic pieces that were broke off the plastic parts that hold the shelves. When the freezer arrived the carton was not damaged nor was the packaging inside. So OB VIOUSLY this freezer was a unit that was on display somewhere??and was damaged so it was packaged back up and I was the unlucky person that received it. The freezer has been running fine but I am very upset and unhappy that I never received the $75 refund for this product that is not very good to look at.!!!!!! So have a look at the crap you are selling!

motor started making noises 3 weeks into purchase. Warranty is fulfilled by an off name company who wants video of how the item is working. If the motor isn't working then how can this video be sent. Needless to say, after 3 unanswered emails and no hopes of the item being fixed, it is just sitting in my storage building

Arrived dented and the return process is almost impossible waiting. Only return option was bringing it to Walmart store. I don't live near a Walmart and I would have to fit it in my car. After hours of talking to someone I did get some response after getting through the ai but it sounds like it will take 24 to 48 hours for someone else responds to me which is outside the return window and the app does not indicate a return was started.

I’ve been using this freezer as a convertible refrigerator, and unfortunately, it has some major issues. There is constant water dripping inside, which runs down the sides and creates a mess. One side is always thawed out, no matter how I adjust the settings, and it never maintains a consistent temperature. The worst part is the large puddle that forms at the bottom. Somehow, that water ends up freezing into a solid layer, which makes cleaning difficult and affects storage space. It feels like the unit can’t properly regulate moisture or temperature when used as a refrigerator. I think the auto-defrost feature is causing a lot of these problems, with water not draining properly and instead building up inside. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed. It doesn’t perform reliably in refrigerator mode and requires frequent cleanup. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re planning to use it this way.

The description on this product says "frost-free to eliminate the hassle of manual defrosting." This is not a frost free refrigerator. First thing you will see is a big lable on the box saying "manual defrost." Such deceit. We did not return because it is such a hassle. More hassle that just defrosting this ref. 👎👎👎

Arrived dented, one corner crushed. The control knob was broken off, the crisper drawer and four door bins are not in the freezer even though listed in the product details.. Then my having to return it to a local store really shows how poor this purchase was, they should pick it up. Terrible experience.
