Hamilton Beach 10 Cu. ft. Upright Freezer, White Garage Ready Vertical Freezer for Home, Basement, Office, Bulk Storage

Perfect size for smaller homes and it was on sale for a great deal. wouldn’t want to pay full price for it but what i paid made this an excellent buy.

I would have liked it much better if I’d gotten the one I ordered, the one I ordered was supposed to have door shelves but this one came without so I’m a little disappointed.

Smaller than I expected, even though it was on sale.Didnt say it had coil’s for cooling and it took longer than expected to get cold,(32 hrs.) There was damage to the left side of the freezer, (dented in shipment) wasn’t pierced through the metal casing.

I just plugged it in so I’ll try to remember to come back with an update. I’m disappointed that the “pros” section says the freezer has door shelves when it does not. Also, there was no mention that the racks are not able to be moved. The freezing coils are integrated into each shelf and you can’t remove or adjust them to fit different items. More transparency would have been appreciated.

The cooling coils are built into the racks, so if you want to customize spacing within,, this will not work. In other words, racks are immovable. Had to do some math to figure out container size and it does work for me now. Not like the older style i grew up with but likely more efficient. Just be aware that some companies are selling limiting products and there is no fine print stating this. Price was great though and if you are good with math, it can work for you as well as it does for me. They should disclose these shelves aren’t movable.

Freezer doesn’t work. It arrived on a Monday and we needed help to get it down into our basement so that didn’t happen until Sunday and when we plugged it in it didn’t work and when I went to see if I could return it, it was past the three day return window, which is absolutely stupid.

The freezer arrived severely damaged with huge dents and broken pieces. We called customer service to get a refund and were told someone would return our call to have it picked up or the price adjusted, but no one ever returned our call.

Delivery was a day late causing me to lose about $50 worth of beef. Delivery driver had no dolly and was gonna leave it in my driveway. I left specified instructions for delivery to back or front porch. Then he laid the freezer on its side in a photo he took to prove delivery. This is why i had to let it sit 24 hours before using. Very unprofessional delivery i would be ashamed if my business did a delivery like that.

The freezer was left in the snow, on its side . Was at the side of my street ,over a 10th of a mile away from my house. Hopefully it works. Freezers are not supposed to be on their side. I had to drive to the end of my street to get. Was left at the end of my street and I was lucky that nobody took it. Could have been left at the end of my driveway, not 20ft away from the end of my street. Didn't like it laying on its side.

Dropped by delivery person on way into home area, outside. More to this if u bother to check in with us.
