I love this ice maker! The only thing I would dislike would be the noise. It makes a loud noise when it runs out of water, and it also blows a fan while creating the ice. But I would still rate this ice machine with five stars because the ice that it makes is perfectly soft and just like the sonic ice! My friends all ask for a cup of ice when they come for a visit!

Absolute PERFECTION!!! I have been ADDICTED to chewing soft crushed ice for years and FINALLY splurged and got myself one and not one regret!!!! NOT ONE!! Works perfect so far, and the ice is HEAVENLY!!! Cleaning isn’t nearly as hard as I thought it would be either. It’s actually really simple and doesn’t take long at all. And the directions take you step my step through everything. Also tip, I use white distilled vinegar to sanitize and clean mine not bleach and it works amazingly and doesn’t make me as nervous LOL. And one more, I use only distilled water in it to prevent mineral build up as fast. Get one!!! You won’t regret it!!! Don’t wait so long like I did. 😍🙏🏻🙌🏼🤤

I absolutely love this ice machine! It’s changed the game. It is very heavy and it does require you to refill the water often. Washing it can also be tedious- so if you don’t have a lot of time to clean it this might not be for you. But the ice it makes is beautiful and consistent every time. It is very large so make sure you measured the space you plan on putting it correctly. The depth with the tray is about 18 inches.

I love a good purchase. High quality appliance that produces the best nugget ice. Looks great on counters but a lil big so make sure u have the space. Recycles the melted ice - a very nice feature. Def get the side tank! I would hate to refill the main reservoir each time. Noise, for what it produces, def tolerable. Great product GE.

We had another one before this that lasted 2 years and 9 months….the fan stopped working. I wish I would've bought the warranty. It worked perfectly the whole time we had it. We never used tapwater only distilled water, which helps keep the machine from scaling up. *Tip, run white vinegar through the machine at least once a month to help keep the reservoir clean. We bought this one on sale so I got the extended warranty this time. Makes great ice!

Bought this for my wife, she wanted one for a while. She now uses it several times a day for all of her ice needs. Very quiet when it runs, and it keeps the bin full at all times. I have only used distilled water in since I heard that is what is best for it. I think we've ran about 4 gallons of water through it so far, and it makes great ice. It is a bit on the expensive side, but seems to be well worth every penny.

My sister had one of these and we loved the ice so much my husband and I decided we wanted one. I found this one for about $200 less than she paid for it and it exactly the same everything that she has. We love how long you have ice in your glass compared to the ice in your ice maker. It’s amazing. If you decide you want one I say go for it and will not be disappointed.

The ice this machine makes is 10/10 .. such a good amount of ice, lasted us all through a party of 50 people %26 the look of the ice is even better! This machine is a little noisy and I noticed a few days ago it started making little squeaking noises and sounds I’ve never heard. Either then that I love this machine and would recommend it to anyone in the market for an ice machine.

The ice maker worked good for three months and then it stoped making ice. It went to the add more water cycle even thought it has plenty of water. I cleaned it like the manual said and still would not work. I unplugged it for several hours and still didn’t work. I’m am really disappointed that such a costly appliance only worked for so little time.

This item was bought as a gift Arrived in damaged box and when opened showed a significant dent on the right side. Ice maker operates but I contacted Customer Service to see if there was am option to avoid returning for a full refund. After being told repeatedly in chat that a partial refund could be arranged and offering photos of damaged, I was disconnected and had to start over. The new agent then told me that that would not be possible and I would have to return it This took at least 45 min in chat. Horrible delivery quality and extremely bad Customer Service No one should be shopping at Walmart for anything anymore unless it is an emergency, and necessary to prevent the death of an innocent person.
