Seems to work with traditional legos. Occasionally the legs and arms fall off, but it's likely because my kids drop it often. It goes everywhere with them since they got it a couple weeks ago.

Not worth $15!!!!!!!
If i could give it 0 stars i would! Cheaply made, legs and tail fall off with gentle play. My grandson disliked it. Returned for refund.
