READ THIS FIRST -- I've read the other reviews and disagree with most of the negatives. if you have assembled any product before it's not hard. Time.. yes.. but not hard. The instructions are not great, so here's some things I figured out. The instructions say logo up for the bounce surface (there is no logo) so put the seams facing down. same with the protective net. seams inside not facing out. use a mallet to bang the foot posts. When you weave the safety net, start at the door, go left 1/2 way then right 1/2 way. its gets tighter the further you go and you want the door to be the most loose for high traffic. Took about 2 hrs to assemble after weaving the safety net to the frame. Looks great and kids are enjoying it. nothing bad to say about the purchase for the buck. It's not huge but I've got a 4 yr old and a 8 yr old. both can jump and enjoy. confident on the safety side of things. I feel like I got my money's worth.
I bought it for the second time. Very good resistant, it has an ideal size. I love it
Great quality, perfect size for my 3 years old daughter. She loved it. Super recommended trampoline. They must improve the assembly instruction manual, to speed up the process and guarantee good assembly, avoiding a bad review simply for not knowing how to assemble it correctly.
Set up took about 2 hours. The spring puller was in the wrong bag. Should have been with the springs. But it was not to bad. The most time consuming thing was putting the net up. My 2.5 year loves it though. I can even get in there with him and jump. We also got it on sale.
First and foremost THERE IS A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE THAT WALKS THRU INSTALLATION!!! didnt even need the directions! just youtube jumpking 7.5 hexagon assembly! that being said, it was still lil bit of a workout to assemble! not too bad though. alot easier than i expected from reading the reviews. its HUGE! takes up almost my whole living room! had to get rid of coffee table. its perfect for my 4
This is really an excellent trampoline. It is the perfect size for our basement. My kids can jump all year long! It is sturdy and well made. It was easy to put together. I put it together alone and the directions were easy to understand. The tools were provided. Overall, a great trampoline!
We bought it for out 3 year old son to get the mattress out of the living room and it was worth every penny. It is quite large so make sure you have the space and measure before you purchase. Not incredibly difficult to assemble with a little bit of common sense and being at least somewhat handy. I wish the weight limit was more but this was the highest weight limit for the price and size that I could find. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far so good. Trampoline sits about a foot, foot and a half off of the ground which allows for the indoor use.
My son loves Not the best directions and took 2 hours to put together. The zipper on the net was sewed almost completely over so I had to do some unstitching to allow the zipper to function all the way up. Worried about it breaking now. Other than that, kid is happy.
What a piece of junk! Got this for my 9 year old for his birthday and he, alone has used it for 2 months. It has literally fallen apart. The metal (aluminum?) triangles that hold the springs stretch out of shape even with the slightest pressure. The metal frame has begun to collapse in two spots. It has not been misused or abused in any way, but my son loves to jump and was on it daily, until it became unusable. If I represented JumpKing in any way, I would be embarrassed.
This is manufactured poorly. Half of the springs connect on the underside of the rim and they keep braking. Upon looking at other trampolines, they all seem to connect on the topside of the rim. I've purchased multiple packs of spare springs and am done with it and buying a new one.
