The container is perfect size. It's easy for me to pick up avoided the other ones and way too heavy for me, but I love the idea that it's safe for my pet.

When it arrived the bucket was opened and it was spilled out all over in the box it was shipped in. There was no damage to the box so I have to believe it happened when it was packed for shipping. Not very much for the money at all. I wouldn't have bought it in the first place except everyone was out of my usual brand. I won't buy it again because it only works about half as good as my usual brand.

Item delivered damaged. Difficult to obtain a refund. Still waiting after two phone calls and several emails. Never had opportunity to try item so can't say how quality was.

I'm not sure what this is, but it sure as heck doesn't melt any ice! In fact, it's more slippery now bcthe little roukdballs that sit upon the ice make it dbl dangerous. Can't belive I bought 50%23 of this; and it seriously doesn't work.
