Justice 45" Stretching Strap - Great for Dance, Gymnastics and Ballet, Ages 6+

This stretching band is fun for my dancer, and I love that an instruction guide is included! I wish it wasn't a QR code, as the website is hard to navigate, but I was able to make it work and print out the stretching manual. One thing to note is that the instructions are fairly dense, so adults are likely needed to test out and explain what to do to younger athletes.

my daughter lives this band. high quality and cute. it does have foot holes every 6 or so inches to grow with your progress. durable and inexpensive

It's a great product to use to exercise with videos that I've seen online. It is a way of exercising my legs without putting the strain on my knees of having my weight on my legs. I like it and used it while watching tv.

I do Pilates and incorporate this into my stretch routine. There are definitely other more professional options but this is very cute and I like the images to show you some stretching examples
